Fantastic grounds - green grass, some trees and small hills in a greenbelt make for a great course. The only negatives were that some of the fairways were a bit narrow with houses on both sides, especially on a windy day, and that the back nine uses the same baskets as the front nine (actually holes 11-18) so might have to wait for other groups occasionally. Other than those, a great course and lots of fun.
