About the course

Large mature trees on rolling hills make this a fun course that can be tough in the summer. Drainage ditch running through the middle of the course creates some tough landing areas. Park roads only and neighboring streets and beyond are out of bounds. Permanent restrooms added 2024.

History

Originally a nine hole course designed by Paul King. The Rotary reached out with funding to expand to eighteen. The course originally had three tees per hole and a complete redesign had to be done to expand to eighteen. The course has only one set of tees but we are considering another set of basket anchors for flexibility.

Pointers to the next tee would help. Also changing the map in the course directory to show the new layout is a good idea.

Great open course for a quick round and nice use of elevation changes and wind adds challenge. Tee signs a little close to the teepads. Despite distances indicated on Udisc, long holes are downhill and reachable for intermediates. Watch for sink holes as you navigate the park.
