@petersarmiento
Fun pit stop, shorts a bit repetitive but beautiful property
@mayesz
Awesome course. Stopped during a road trip, probably gonna have to take a nap before moving on.
@joshschloe
Great course with some difficulty for how short it is. Love the basket placements - Makes you think about how your disc lands. Quite the hike but worth it!
@cntbg23
A beautiful walk through the woods that requires some unique shots over mountainous terrain. The constant worry over angle control may be a hinderance to some who enjoy a more casual disc golf round. Nonetheless the hike itself is absolutely beautiful. A tough course to play blind even from the shorter layouts.
@tomtabor
Best course in Alabama?
@turbocraig
Fought for par the whole time. I would say very tough terrain with many baskets on hills that added strokes despite good throws. Too many straight slightly to the right holes where backhand or forehand throws were a challenge. The layout I played wasn’t close to a four and 1/2. I just found it inconsistent with too many options with baskets/pads. Just makes it confusing. I wouldn’t think playing the harder course would be any fun at all. You have a nice area here. I would suggest designing one layout with one extra long pad.
@jreese82
Amazing course with tight wooded lines and elevation. Best course in the Birmingham area!
@goofazi
Tops my list for favorite course I’ve played.
@paterd
This is a superb and challenging course, but the construction areas and deterioration of signage indicate that someone needs to do some serious upkeep here
@strebs
Absolutely awesome course. Love having two tee pads and two baskets. For a good player you can play either layout and be challenged, that variety is hard to find. Tons of elevation, technical but fair, with some good length to it.
@dustinsaboe
Fantastic course incredibly difficult from Longs and very fun from shorts
@kaslinker
Can you believe we get to play this course for free?! Thanks!
@colonelfox2
HARD, might as well be the AT w some baskets. Amazing course though.
@mattmarkham
A very tough hike, much less course. Great use of elevation and trees to put together a unique set of holes.
@all4damon
Awesome/Unique course! Def need to get it in if your visiting and like technical courses. Hills are def a factor, cost me a couple putts being out of breath;-). Putter and stable mids will do about everything on this course from Red Tees.
@phillipwall
Course going through some changes with 13 gone. Overall still one of my favorites, but maybe a little sentimental now. Objectively still one of the best courses in the area. Beautiful scenery, sizeable tee pads and good hole maps. Challenging terrain so at worst you're in for a good hike. Highly recommended for experienced players; not a super beginner-friendly experience admittedly.
@markfed7
Pros: Great tee signs and Pads -Technical shot shaping -Benches almost everywhere -Mostly quiet away from the road except a few holes -A couple truly unique holes (1, 7, 12, 17, and 18) Cons: -An atrocious number of pins with unfun rollaway potential (21 of 35 positions) -Too many pins on fallaway slopes with exposed roots to make any kind of skillfully thrown shot yield a repeatable result -Multiple elevated pins facing major erosion and safety issues A fun track that is worth playing, but can be frustratingly inconsistent even if throwing well.
@lawrenceofal
I have come to realize that the trees on this course are alive!! I don’t mean a living organism; I mean like lord of the rings alive. No wait more like Evil Dead alive. They grab every thrown their way and destroy all hope of a decent game. They will crush your soul and make you wonder why you are a worthless being. I have had better drives throwing my driver behind me than ever attempting to throw throw these sadistic, sap riddled, monstrosities of nature. Other than that. Not a bad course.
@strevdisc
Always haves loved Inverness. The new signs are great!!
@alanh1964
My favorite course in Alabama. Never gets boring, I could play it everyday. Not beginner friendly. Very strenuous w lots of elevation. If your rated below 935 you probably would enjoy the red tees the most. If you want a challenge play the Blues.
