Great start to the course, lots of potential on this property and can't wait to play it again once it's seasoned in. The only gripe other than the course still being raw since it's so new, is that from a players stand point on course design, it doesn't have much score separation. There are about 5-6 short par 3s that are mostly straight forward and easy, and then there are 5-6 par threes that kept me wondering "who is supposed to be able to birdie this?" Those holes basically get turned into easy par 4s. My favorite holes on the property are the actual par 4s, those are excellent.

@bsmall8
Will be fun to see it beat in in future years. Alternates between short tight par 3 corridor ace runs. And ridiculous un-birdie-able long bending tunnel par 3s.

@dankmeatflute
Hole 1 might be the most brain dead hole ever and it never gets much better than that. I live 2 miles away and won’t be back anytime soon.

@medicalpenguin
For how new it is I did not lose a single disc very well done. Will be back a lot!
@chillwithtrees
It's a new course, there's a ton of potential and it's worth playing in the early stages. My personal opinion is hole 1 should be 18 and hole 2 should be hole 1. Also, it seems like you have to walk across the green of hole 4 to get from hole 5 to hole 6. Otherwise this course will age like fine wine with the right work.

@ellis675
Can see the potential with a little more signage or "next tee" arrows for guiding the course.

@joeyn256
Amazing for a new course! Will be coming back. Tees are coming soon

@edesmarais
Will be an absolute GEM once they get tee pads and it beats in.

@heyturnontheac
Will be a fun course once fully complete with tee pads and course markers

@mattie54
Can’t wait to come back when the tee pads are in. Overall tough but fair

@discobisco
This is going to be fantastic once the Tee Pads are in. You need uDisc to find you alway around. I’ll definitely be back!

@robtree
Still needs a lot of work. Was not a big fan of hole one. Has some treacherous hills. Has so many small branches and twigs that scrambling sometimes seems impossible. Still, has a lot of potential.

@joneshyzer
This was my first time at Honeypot and I enjoyed my round. To me, the course feels very fair. Negative comments were misleading. UDisc is definitely needed to navigate from basket to teepad and the fall leaves can be tricky. Looking forward to coming back!

@dsaksa
There's potential here. Even in the state it's in. The creek shot and some of the hill shots really utilize the property well. However, most of the longer par 3's are 30-50' too long to be fun or rewarding. Overall, with a few tweaks this course could be a real gem.

@aaronkalat
Lots of potential, excited to see teepees go in and the course to get beat in a bit. Definitely also needs signage for next tees. Nice addition to Western CT
@natureshooter
No tee pads and no sign to find hole 1 Spent some time circling from the basket
@nycubd
Will be a solid 4.5 after tee boxes etc put in but I can see the vision

@jaycebs08
Thanks for creating a new course in our area/state. Look forward to the future improvements and adjustments to the course.
@cheech1985
Still under construction but has potential. Needs tees and more fairway clearing.

@bobloblawlaw
Loved it. Pretty cool diverse shots. Ace runs, easy birdies and some rough pars.
