Typical Phoenix valley HOA course. It's satisfying enough, but not at all exciting.

Recently maintained. There have been problems with tee markings and some landscaping issues but as it is right now this is definitely a great 4 star course for beginners-intermediate. No signage, so you need Udisc, but the shot design is about as good as it gets for a green belt course. Won’t lose many discs, don’t have to worry about people very often. Pretty right-to-left backhand heavy for me, but this is a very respectable course in my opinion. A better throwing distance : walking distance ratio, some more variety, and some better views would give it a fifth star.

Hole 2 is a brilliant hole with a ton of interest. Most of the other holes are long, open skinny fairway shots with OB in three directions. To add challenge, the pins are almost uniformly near OB lines. This feels okay on the front 9, but the back nine get tedious. The last three holes get exciting again.
@imbibmike
Tees are not easy to find, baskets have no numbers on them, makes it hard to tell sometimes if you are throwing to the correct basket. Green belt is flooded but they water in the middle of the day, sprinklers came on while playing.
@wolff87
Definitely need udisc to find the teepads. No signage. Great grass/rocks course. Minimal mud after the rain.

A course is a course. For running nearly completely between houses on a greenbelt, it's not the worst course I've shot at by far. Udisc is very necessary for way finding tee boxes, as they're almost entirely white dot paint or non existent and just ideological

Course design could flow better

Cool course! It will be sweet when tee pads and benches are eventually put in as I was told by the designer of the course. Easy to make up holes as you come back on the last six holes to make it a 24 holes. No fault of the course designer but it would be nice if there were bathroom facilities and a water fountain by the parking area! Lack of bathrooms and places to refill water bottles seems to be the norm in a lot of Phoenix area parks.
@akrusee2
Tee signs not in yet, some pads are apart of the sidewalk. Definitely would like to play more while its not as hot. Solid design though!

Another course in Maricopa! The guys did a great job with course design. Backhand friendly course. Small mistakes can put your disc into someones yard. Play it!
