Not sure if I had fun. More than enough distance, more than enough difficulty, but still came out ok.

The new changes have made this one of the most difficult courses I've ever played. It used to be my favorite in Spartanburg, and what I thought was the most fun. It is still fun, but the recent changes to pipeline have placed pipeline number one for me. But this course will make you a better player no matter what. long tough par fours and fives, very few birdies to be had for someone of my ability. Some manicured tee pads and basket areas will improve the overall visual appeal. Some of the lower ratings seem to be from people who don't like hard golf. This is U.S. Open golf. Por is good and stay out of the rough.
