@irbium1
Good park-style course. Longer distances and evation changes. Baskets are old. Teepads are in good condition. Easy to moderate difficulty .
@instagraham
Crappy baskets, no signs, need UDisc for navigation, when there is a baseball game going on or when the park is busy, not too good to play because of all the cars that get lined up outside of the parking lot. Park is nice itself.
@matt3392
Use u disc to get you around
@tothnich
Course is fine, some fun shots, but there is no reason to play here with the old baskets/lack of signage/short holes when there are so many high quality courses nearby.
@yesxavier
Nice little pitch and putt. Tee signs are gone and baskets are a bit wonky.
@homemade
Not sure why the baseball players think it’s a good idea to park their cars in the middle of the fairway of hole 8 when there’s an entire open parking lot. Baskets are still dumpy. Other than idiotic park casuals, good course for beginners. Lots of potential if ft Thomas would give it a little TLC
@paulj1s
Baskets are not great. Tee pads are pretty narrow, but level and in good shape. I gotta believe the distances are underestimated here on UDisc. Most holes play longer. Fairly scenic. Shared park, so other patron are typically an issue at some point. Agreed with another person though, it beats Xavier
@alechengehold
Pretty nice for a 9 hole, not as nice as South Fork, but much nicer than Xavier’s 18 having just played them back to back. 9 good holes > 18 meh ones. Baskets unfortunately are pretty rough, but playable. (If Xavier is losing half the course to construction, maybe they’d like to donate 9 baskets to here?) Tee pads are nice enough concrete, but I don’t use a run-up, so your mileage may vary if you want big pads. No signs though, UDisc is a must, until you learn the course. The park is reasonably pretty for being in the city, and I imagine would be nicer in the spring and summer (it’s winter now). Not especially difficult, but with some 400ft par 4s, you’ll get to stretch your arm even if you have power (c’mon tough guy, let’s see that Eagle if it’s so easy). Overall, 3.5/5 as long as you have UDisc, it’s a nice short course worth playing.
@sjhutch
Quick 9 situated in a pretty park. Nice variety of shot shapes and distance.
@daleyjem
It's an ok course. Glad to see folks enjoying the park, but there's unfortunately a lot of cross over of innocent bystanders (kids' cheer practices, folks sitting on benches near fairways). Not their fault... Just unfortunate design considerations. Be mindful, you may only get to play half the course carefree.
@proslinger
Nice fast course. But busy area. Near baseball field. Play along side a parking lot. Over all worth it to go back
@drewslangsdiscs
Hole 2 broke while we were putting. That’s always fun, other than that, pretty solid beginner course. Baseball parking can cause issues with back 3 holes.
@jlucky33
2/5 below average (2.5 is average) Pros: pretty park Hole 1, 5, 7, and 9 are really nice shots Bathrooms Cons: baskets are awful Course plays way too close to road, picnic tables, ball field, walking path-major safety concern Long walks between some holes Tees are often right next to baskets Full review on disc golf course review
@jw00dy
Baskets are a little old, but I love this course! Fort Thomas stop letting people park in the grass!!
@andyj1302
The transition from 5 to 6 is cramped, you have to throw over 5’s fairway off the tee, but with limited space it’s fairly well designed
@shive02
Course is OK it’s only Ridge the first six holes play down one side of the ridge then you turn around play the last three holes coming back the other side. Fairly open and easy but fun course
