Just a simple no-nonsense park course, good for beginners or practicing your approach / putting. Serious players might find the course a little boring, since all three holes have a similar shot shape and distance. If they install some tee pads and add few more holes with a mix of shot shapes this could be a very good course, especially since this is the only course open all year round in Sherwood Park.
