Nice short course in a muni park. I played on a Monday so no problems. Fun lines and I would play again. Someone said pair it up with the one down the road in Rainsville and they’re right. Play this one first to warm up.
@tfuhrmann
If you dig mandos, you are in luck. Pretty good, but some shots are pretty close to areas filled with people.
@brandosolo
Played on a windy day after storms from the previous 2 days. It was on my wishlist in Alabama but I regret coming without ideal weather. I'll come again when the weather is better. Overall it was fun and the short holes with tight mandos weren't easy- peasy. On a windy day thry weren't easy birdies so I feel otherwise I could have played a round at close to 48 instead of 50. Would recommend playing here if you're in the area. Rainsville is about 15 min away, so knocking out these 2 courses in the same afternoon would make for a fun time!
@bbouldin12
Fun course overall. Conditions were a little muddy but I liked the variety of long and short holes. Had a little too many short holes for me but it makes you strategize.
@heisenberg88
Beginner here, enjoyed the course. Mainly wooded. All par 3.
@dphill
Not the best course… 2.5 is accurate.
@mkoby24
Pretty nice shot variety & plenty of mandos to make it interesting! The tee pad for 14 is IN the cabin btw!! lol The basket for Hole 3 is currently missing (possibly due to construction??)
@edfaits
Fun technical town park course. Many holes have two tees to accommodate different skill levels. All par 3's. Lots of mandos and tight OB lines add to challenge on a couple of otherwise short / easy holes.
@gbryant328
Nice idea,beautiful set up, but not the best layout for the park. My concern is too many people will be in the way, holes too close, and wouldn't be surprised if a fight broke out because someone got hit by a disc that took a tree kick. I arrived excited but left early so I didn't take a chance taking down Christmas decorations.
@ericlyon88
Very well maintained, fun course for beginners and advanced alike, the only issue I had is the layout. Some of the paths to the next tee cross fairways or tee pads. Other than that it is an excellent course!
@joshlenox
The parking lot is the gravel area past the senior center. Beginner course with LOTS of mandos, double mandos, and a triple mando. Yes, you do throw out of a cabin across a parking lot. MA3 players and above should play longs. The “main” course is very short.
@zambrusso
Challenging but fun!
@codymorgan24
Wonderful course!! I love everything about this course! If you have the chance to come out and play I highly recommend! Great job Jake Harris!
@ajladd
One of my favorites! Lots of shot shapes
@dseibert
I've played several times here and league nights has been so much fun. Long and short teepads, mando's, o.b., distances, shot shaping, and overall design makes this course absolutely one of the very best courses in Alabama.
