Okay course to play. Needs some work to be enjoyable. Don’t mind to play again when in the area.
@bogeyboybobby
Signage is a bit confusing but fun course overall
@dantheman860
Reds are fun, blacks are very challenging. May want to bring a couple water shot discs. So much potential if the course had better signage. Had a tough time finding any kind of flow. Can’t imagine playing if there was a lot of people out there.
@robthepope86
I played the Checkerboard layout. Navigation was 90% accurate with Udisc smart layouts. There were long walks between many of the holes. The course has charm but needs more love and upkeep. Tees are basic green turf and shorter than desired. Course could benefit from more trash cans, there was a lot of liter. It is a fun little course with potential. I would play it again.
@timchagnon
This course sucks The only time you can find the fairway is when you walk down the wrong ones to get to your next “tee pad” it’s a great local park which I imagine when it’ busy makes this course even worse. Some shots go over walking paths. Over what seems to be a swimming pond, looks more like a horror movie set. Glad I played it so I know not to again.
@discgolfphoenix
Navigate the course a little. There are a lot of layouts and it’s hard to differentiate them. I was playing Blacks and somehow got on Orange course. (Black baskets are Black layout, red baskets are Orange layout). Summer camp going on during summer hours- beware of youngsters. Tight lines. Saw an owl 🦉- that was cool.
@jamesrivers41
It was a pretty good course. Will play again if in the area!
@dtripp
I've played a lot of massachusetts courses and this is by far the worst. I can see it had potential when it was created but it seems abandoned. Bad signs, trash everywhere, one cool hole, don't waste your time.
@coco17
Course needs some TLC before it’s anywhere near enjoyable
@danz1989
The layouts are a bit janky, some of the holes need fine tuning. But it’s a fun track with a lot of potential. Tees & baskets are decent. Stay in the fairway, the rough is thick AF.
@alexgoodson
They tried to make too many layouts so everything crossed. Couldn’t imagine playing here when it’s packed. Also even with UDisc it was hard to get around. Played the black layout.
@jonahmeehan86
Love the course design, but the grey layout is really difficult to navigate—especially the red portion of the grey layout. I’m not sure if it’s because I have strong signal coverage with the UDisc app. The 2nd hole of the black portion of the grey layout is perhaps the most delusional hole I have ever played. 😂
@jmonti14
Well put together course around a park. During the summer some holes may be difficult to play due to people around the pond, but besides that great course. Posted pars are great for encouraging beginners such as myself with easy birdie opportunities
@bonsey
The only good 18 hole course anywhere reasonably close to Boston. Can be a bit confusing to find tees but after 2-3 runs through it’s a lot easier to navigate. Lots of great challenging holes and distance from the blacks. A few issues like having to backtrack across 4th fairway to get to 13 which could be dangerous and 2-3 go directly through a summer camp. Overall it’s a lot of fun, free, and in good shape.
@milevine70
While maybe not the safest course (lots of crossing baskets, thorns and stumps off the fairway), there’s a good variety of shots, good layouts for beginners and intermediates, and vastly improved signage. Those in charge of the course have really brought it along over the years. There’s also some humor with basket names and sculptures hidden unobtrusively here and there. A good walk through the woods.
@jezarr
Great course for working on your scramble woods game. Mostly use I️t as a warm up course. Nice and quick, 20-30 min round if you’re by yourself. The course itself is in a sort of disarray, I️t doesn’t look like there’s a lot of upkeep.
