Played here a few times now. 2 different layouts. Its challenging for me with my poor form and slow arm. I'd like to play here during the rainy season when there's actually water in the pools.

Hole 18 ruins this course. What a joke of a design. 17 great holes and then you end with this!? Otherwise expect super tight lines, wooded, and manicured. Great 17 holes, followed by the worst hole 18 in California.

Course listing lacks accuracy as does imagination with layout perhaps 🤔 too overactive rather than not enough… too much can also subtract from the fun

Great wooded course. Gaps to hit with elevation on some holes. Tight but good fairways to hit. Got to hit the line right to park a shot. Not too many big drives but control and finesse shots.

Signs need a lot of work to be helpful to people who aren’t from the area.

They could use a sigh at the beginning to let people new to the area where to start. Also an arrow in the basket, and clearly marked trails would be nice. Besides that this is a challenging fun course to play.

Fun shots and a few ace runs. Watch out for poison oak. Navigation is tricky in a few spots, so pay attention to tee signs. Measurements seemed suspect; would be cool to shoot these with a range finder.

Fun, tight, technical. Hole 7, pin E is poor design in my opinion. Probably why it’s not an original placement. Very well maintained, friendly locals.
