Beautiful course that plays through the Canadian wilderness. Some very fun and challenging lines through thick trees. Nice variety of shots with some awesome views.

My vote for #1 course in NS. Need to have patience with a lot of tight forest lines. Definitely a nice course worth driving from BC to play!

Decent course for being privately maintained. Very tough for beginners and incredibly heavily wooded. Could definitely use a few mando signs or tree markers to show hidden baskets from the tee. UDisc maps didn’t work for holes 10-14. The course has great potential. It just needs lots of work. Thank you to the volunteers . Found a cool Toad

Nice enough course but kind of scraggly and ugly. Fun wooded holes.

First time playing and what a fun round. The holes throughout the woods were the best

Fantastic woodsy course with lots of tight fairways and shaded fairways. Turf teepads are great although a little worn out on some holes. Many fairways are cut in with lots of stumps and roots so be careful walking not to twist an ankle. Very nice signage (a few sun-damaged tee signs. Routing is a little questionable on a few holes (traffic flow issue) but every hole is interesting and beautiful. Awesome course!

With each year the upgrades and improvements to the course keep Making HPDGC better and better. Always room for improvement but it’s a constant work in progress completed by volunteers.

Course is a fun play with a variety of common shot shapes and a mixture of short and medium-long holes. Fairways are overburdened with tree stumps, roots, and rocks, but has potential to be very attractive.

A tough course for intermediate players. More intermediate tee pads would be great!

Great course with amazing potential. You can tell they've put a ton of time into it and it's already fantastic - can't wait to see how it continues to improve!

Hole 15 needs a clearer fairway. A good tee shot through the trees is easily lost in the rest of the hole to the basket.
