Might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I loved it. If you’re up for some adventure and roughing it, this is it! Lots of stream crossings and differently shaped shots. If you need a perfectly manicured course, and fancy baskets… you should go play it anyways and get over it 😂
@trueharleygirl
Worth the stop, only had time for the lower 11. Unique tees, benches and baskets make this course a one of a kind. Creative lines make each hole interesting and used the land features well. Someone put love into making this course and we enjoyed the experience.
@skunk802
Loved it. The homemade baskets are incredible. The course layout is very fun. And those views!
@sonofparbard
a proper disc golf experience. Setting is unbeatable and the holes are fun and challenging. a must play in the Eastern Sierra
@jtrod683
This course was fun. It was a tough hike and you should wear pants. Some signs that give a general direction of the basket would be helpful. Directional signs for the direction for the next tee would be great. Great scenery. I appreciate the people that put in the work for this course. Should have a donation box for us out of towners to donate. I will be back.
@jimmyjamessauce
Use the Udisc app if this is your first time playing. Great course offers a lot of fun if you can handle it. Not for the weak!
@danielcasabian
Bring pants and you’ll lose a disc so don’t bring your best discs
@bigwhoop
Janky as fuck, ridiculous, scrubby… and fucking awesome, This kind of course keeps the spirit of disc golf alive. Almost quit after hole 2 - seemed flat and boring. But push on!! Many wonders await. And these are the kind of baskets that make you grateful to make a C1 putt. Don’t be a new school dipshit. Push yourself to experience the original adventurous nature of the game. Yee-fucking-haw! PS But also, seriously, don’t throw discs you care about!
@cptsaveapar
Absolutely loved everything about this course! Wear jeans. Not beginner friendly, I’d say intermediate & up will have blast. Keep an eye on your disc in some of the longer holes. Loved the homemade baskets, only had 1 spit out & had an 80ft throw in. So they catch if you hit center. Much thanks to everyone involved in the making & maintaining of this course. Pretty sweet views throughout too. Follow map on UDisc if it’s your 1st time & there shouldn’t be any navigation issues. This course rocks!!!
@peezie
Beware of barbed wire, rosebush like thorns everywhere. Definitely wear jeans and hiking boots. Dont forget your machete to help with the dangerous shrubs!
@gdiscman
This is a post apocalyptic feeling course which I love. Very scenic as you travel along a babbling creek before playing in the open with the mountains as a back drop. The baskets are unforgiving but other than that I loved the course.
@zerospf
This course is a middle finger to modern disc golf and the epitome of the sport’s early days. The handmade baskets, creative tee pads, water/brush hazards, stunning views, and shot variations give this course more character than any traditional course out there.
@kmo4sho
Challenging course especially when it's windy! Can be hard to find your disc if u don't keep your eye on it. Would recommend a spotter on most of the baskets. Donated a pig to the pond on 11! 😔. Overall I would definitely come back when not so windy and a little warmer! 👍🏻
@dbevington
The course looks to be promising but unfortunately there are aggressive ground wasps that target the head and face. Three of us got multiple stings including around the eyes and head and ears and lower back. Aggressive wasps followed us 300 feet or more into the sage brush between holes 3 & 4. These wasps are aggressive and found ways to sting us even when we covered up looking for a lost pare of prescription glasses. Maybe it's the time of the year but the hive entrance was about 2.5" in diameter and filled with soldier wasps ready to attack.
@slowashell
Got hammered by wasps on the way to the 4th tee. Started fun but ended before we really got going
@framos1899
Really overgrown, but that’s the fun of it. Just know that it’s a bit of an adventure! A really fun homemade course. Good stuff. Bring water!
@papaleche
It’s honestly a 3-star course at best, just based on the baskets and the tee-pads that exist, but huge kudos to the designer for making it actually pretty fun and interesting despite the limited resources. And also, gorgeous mountain views! If you’re out this way and got a hankerin for some DG and a nice hike, then it’s worth it. Just don’t expect perfect golf stuff.
@cjtheguardian
Lots of technical shots. And a good handful of open shots. Various types of homemade baskets, that are all awesome!
@hotcreek
Great layout! Beautiful scenery. Every basket is thoughtfully placed and unique in design. Great job Tyler! I guarantee it is unlike any course you have ever played at. A must play if you’re in the area. Pick up your trash please, you know who you are.
@hotdish666
So sick just a bit hard to navigate in some spots and definitely some good areas to lose disc but all in all the most fun I’ve had trying to figure out new shot shapes, big tree has fallen on 4s fairway and 5s fairway
