Challenging course. Very tough if you dont throw straight down the gut. Very narrow fairways lots of trees. Expect to get creative if you hit a tree. Course is not forgiving at all. Lots of up and down the hillside. Hard to see the baskets from the tee box on many holes. First time through might get interesting. Not a beginner friendly course Enjoyed it.
@benharter23
Honestly shocked by the course ratings/ reviews. For me it’s just not fun disc golf. Too much up hill, side hill, few opportunities to throw full shots or even see your disc fly. There is clearly a good deal of money and love put into the course but I feel like the layout of holes makes for little an utterly exhausting and frustrating experience. Front 9 is better than the back 9.
@cntbg23
Absolutely beautiful views. Super technical holes with well guarded baskets. Deceptively tough hike. Loved it
@jaygee33
Wooded course with lots of dog legs. Technical holes and narrow fairways. Some holes don’t have established fairways and feels like scramble to basket. Overall fun course !
@dallashorsley
Only issue is a lot of holes don't have a fairway. Just lots of trees and prayers.
@fastor
Played for only the second time since last Spring. The fully finished concrete tee pads are great, and the course was even more enjoyable in Winter. As a Yreka native who lives out of state, it’s a great addition to the old stompin’ grounds. Keep up the good work!
@titties
Would play again. Great signage and looks like all cement tees are coming. Fun course if you hit the lines. Love the Mando hole!!
@trazzmatazz
Absolutely worth stopping for. Fun woodsy track, the last 5 holes have it a 5 star rating for me
@dylanlopez
Some fun lines. A few up and over shots. A few par 4s. This is a solid course and great challenge. Great signage. Tee pads are totally fine (expect maybe one dirt pad). Worthwhile!
@noey2121
Great signage to next holes. I like wooded courses and boy these were some tight fairways. Definitely will play again when passing through.
@zemdesign
Must play course if you happen to be traveling the I-5 Technical, but not impossible shots. Deer grazing on the course. Can’t beat that. I am from so cal and stopped to play here. Locals were super friendly and have done tremendous work to the course.
@bryanphilyaw
Really fun course. Wooded with lots of tight gaps. Not much OB but disc get stuck in trees easily.
@northbear530
One of the best disc golf course in Nor Cal. Everything you need for a great day of disc. Beautiful views great hike. Don't forget your water😁
@orionh
Very tight lines. Many of the holes seem farther than the listed distance. Lots of uphill throwing with blind baskets.
@bogeyjoey
Four stars only because of two things 1- tee pads are not permanent 2- tee signs are very vague and #18 has it going the wrong way Otherwise awesome course, I can tell a thought of thought went into it. Some short holes, some nice par 4s and all holes are technical and tightly wooded. Love it
@slingblade92
Kinda fun kinda boring
@cheeseball27
I was tired of throwing discs at oak brush. I quit after 9 holes. I appreciate the effort folks have put into this course. Unfortunately, I just wasn’t having fun. Tons of side hill walking, to basically just throw at oaks. This would be a really bad place to bring a newbie.
@ptrain101
Very fun course. The last 4 holes were in the red woods, and much more enjoyable.
@ryqard
Tight and technically difficult to throw a bogieless round. Bring your A game on this easily accessible course off of I-5.
