@jeff2sher
Nothing
@rafurlon
The powers are way too generous. But the course itself is really cool. Shorter par 9
@mayorwalda
For what it is, and it's a very beginner friendly, tight course, it was fun to play. Nothing mind blowing but it was fun and we just wanted a light round :)
@jlycuse
Extremely simple course with incorrect strokes required for par. But beautiful and enjoyable
@dave1313
Fun starter dg course in between a beach front cookout and some swimming!
@striffler
Short course with a lot of trees. The park on some of the holes seem very generous but it’s probably because of the trees.
@goodeygoodz
Careful of tree roots
@jonhendo
Dry tee pads, shaded and a good fun. Pars need to change though. New BASKETS!
@jedisaac
I’m being VERY generous with 2 stars. This is a putter course. You could throw mids or maybe a fairway driver on a hole or two. The second star is for the actual design, as it does require a mix of shots and holes are mostly varied. Aside from that, baskets are absurd (discs fit thru gaps in cage), signage is non existent, tees are fine but just dirt/mulch. Safety wise, if there is more than one group on the course it is dangerous (although I can’t imagine more than one group being on this course). Fairways, baskets, tees all overlap or run right next to each other. If you’re in the park already (as I was), and want to get a bit of upshot practice, or if you’re a total beginner and just want to enjoy, then fine. Otherwise, it’s a very old course probably put in when people were still using regular frisbees. Not a course that should otherwise exist today.
@katiebubowicz
I love this course. It’s a short, technical course that you can easily play without a driver. You could probably play with only a midrange.
@rmirabito
Short but fun.
@adamant1912
Fun State park mini course, if you’re at the park something fun to do but wouldn’t go out of my way to play by any means.
@justinbeau56
More of a frisbee golf course then disc golf. Old baskets for frisbees and baskets have big holes so modern discs can slip out. Still a chill nice easy course for beginners
@georgexlii
This is like going back in time to frisbee golf at its roots. It feels I should be using a 70s era frisbee, but it was fun trying out my discs on a short old-school course. It was made more challenging by the wind and there is at least one hole with absolutely no line, but my kids and I had fun. I’m not sure it’s worth the $10/car state park admission just for disc golf, but if you’re coming to Green Lakes anyway, definitely check it out. Or come for the disc golf and stop by the gorgeous sandy beach at the lake to cool off after.
@jwcowen
The course is interesting. It should be a par 3 course. There’s maybe one hole that should be a par 4. Lots of tight shots and you do have to work a bit. Personally I think it’s fun. Great to work on the short game and just have a quick round. The new baskets are a huge improvement. The tee boxes could use some work, as could the signage. Holes are so close together it doesn’t really matter. I think it can be fun regardless of skill level. If you’re pretty good leave drivers at home and you’ll be fine.
@broachacho
Nice little course for a quick round or 2. The tees are dirt/mulch.
@arob13
I think this is a really good beginner course, honestly great shot variety and the updated baskets/tee areas are great!
