Nice, beginner friendly course. So glad we played here while on vacation. Good variety of shot types. Awesome turtle signage, easy to follow tee paths, and placards. Would play again!
@nathant13
Great little course on remote Mackinac Island. Definitely a hike to get to, but worth the break from the bustle of downtown Mackinac. Well-desigened for the space given!
@ohioredeyes
Nice little course. If you play disc golf and are on the island you should play. They have a few disc on hole one to use.
@missyrdavey
Cute course ! Played with an Atom & Vibram. Watch out for poison ivy off fairways !
@olivercburkett
Perfectly average course; very short holes that play through/ around the perimeter of a rec complex. But for what it is, it’s clear that someone(s) took some extra care in making the course attractive. White stones line some tee areas and paths from baskets to the next tee; there are small turtle figurines near each tee; and some tee shots do well to focus on the natural beauty of the area. It’s by no means a destination course but they really did a good job making the most of the limited available space, and it’s worth playing the course out of appreciation for this.
@the1realac
For what they had access to, they did a decent job. I recommend sticking to standstill shots at tees, as the footing is rough even on the tee. It's disc golf on Mackinac, so I can't complain much.
@skydavey
Nice lil 9 hole putter shooter. Getting here was the hard part :)
@gameboygordy
Fun but rained, decent signage
@icefire016
It was a place to play on a trip. Hard to navigate without uDisc
@nomar2122
So cool that this is on the island! Thanks to those that maintain it!
@brendanfitz91
Lovely little course for anyone out for their first time, or seasoned addicts who need a fix while on Mackinac Island
@chewdoc
I really enjoyed this course. It was a nice activity to do on Mackinac island, a change from the other typical things. I walked the mile and change from the downtown area. The neighborhoods are quiet and nice around the park. In the park, it took a little searching to find the first tee but it’s near the turtle sculpture. Holes are generally fairly simple and shorter between 150 and 380 ft. Tees are Astro turf and short. There are very good diagrams of the holes at each tee. Most of the holes are wide open in the field. A couple in the woods. But still a bit technical here and there. For the limited options in the space the design does a good job of using the whole park. Some of the holes are a little messy with branches. There are some opportunities for other park activities to get in the way. So be mindful of others in the park. I really appreciate this course being available.
@jdkinney70
3 and a half because they have a disc there you can borrow if need be.
@cakennerk
Hole 3 has a broken basket. Tee pads are just turf laid on top of dirt. Hole 9 is full of poison ivy, so be warned. However, 9 is probably the best hole layout/shot in the course. If you’re already coming to the island, it’s fun to bring a few discs and play the course and cross it off the list.

@joshcampbell
Better signs and teepads would make this a really solid 9 hole course
@mikemann
If you find yourself on the island without discs they have some on the basket at hole 1 to use and return! Easy to navigate with next tee markers on the baskets. Could be tough to throw if anything is happening on the baseball or soccer fields. Very fun!
@ethwaites
Turf tee pads could be nicer, but it's a great course for beginners or a fun round while on the island.
@alangonzalez
Fun course to practice your up game
@jmussels
The redesign is great! Bonus points for being on the island!
