@deadndiscs
very high potential, awesome teepads and use of the space. Lots of elevation. Plays along the river on a few shots, will be better with more play and the fairways clear
@paracelsus123
Red 9 Hole 1: Long forehand with a good gap 50ish feet off the tee 4/5 Hole 2: Short but narrow gap shot leading to a left finish with basket elevated on a mound 4/5 Hole 3: Short putter hyzer into a gully. Easy to overshoot. Fun shot but really muddy and mosquito-y 2/5 Hole 4: Short shot have to hit a gap with overstate approach disc. If you miss the line you get punished by going into the gully 3/5 Hole 5: Hit the gap and scoot up to the slightly raised basket basically identical to hole 2. 4/5 Hole 6: heavy downhill grade but really really short. Uphill on the left side of the basket so no punishment if you overshoot that way 1/5 Hole 7: uphill finishing to the right. Easy backhand turnover upshot. Good idea but much too short. Just a pitch up that you can’t miss 1/5 Hole 8: choose your line around the main guardian tree and either come in flat or on hyzer depending on your route. Second row of guardians interesting, but probably too close to basket to provide a real obstacle to players who can reliably put from inside circle. 3/5 Hole 9: beat the pretty narrow gap and get as far out into the field as you can for a pretty easy uphill upshot. The first shot is quite good and the second is demanding if you don’t pure the end of the disc‘s flight, but a fairly easy birdie if you can hit the gap. The only hole I really enjoyed 5/5 Other notes Nice environment. Once you get away from the parking lot (first one) the traffic sounds die away. Quite a few mosquitos in places and I can imagine that the rough on 8 and 9 would be pretty rough. The red and blue as long and short is a little misleading. On quite a few of the holes, the blue basket is a completely different shot than the red basket, so there’s a real sense that the 18 hole course is 12 or so mostly independent holes. I’m not really sure whom this course is for. If you can hit gaps consistently, it’s not much of a challenge and if you’re a beginner, it’s probably too challenging. Anyway, had fun.
@danieltackett
A little tricky to find but really cool little drive back into the property. Course definitely still being beat in as others suggested. Several really short holes but most have some danger element. Really cool views in the woods with the river down below. Someone has done a ton of mulching, baskets are great, tee pads are great. Just quite untamed out there, and the 500’ last hole kind of comes out of nowhere after a bunch of short sub-200’ holes. Looks like signage is probably coming.
@brianphillips
For a new course it is a nice 9 holer with 2 permanent basket locations. Red and blue.. holes are not super long but fun.. needs some weed whipping in some areas around baskets but over all fun and once beaten I'm sure that should take care of things solid 3.5 stars at the moment.. Tee pads are round circles rather nice, just missing tee signs at the moment
@kenwallach
This is a great course! It is really well planned out with challenging holes. The next tee was always easy to find. The bright colored baskets were easy to spot. A spotter friend was helpful to avoid losing a disc. Definitely bring bug spray. Do not follow Google maps onto a private driveway. Keep going on the road and follow the signs for Glassman Park.
@arcain86
Bees on right side hole 6 on Aug 17. Lost Orange Buzz. Would throw again (without bees).
@masters1987
You will need your Udisk app if you’ve never played it before. No signage. The course is good. Not long but a fun track. Watch out on 9/18, get too far off the fairway and the rough is thick.
@paulsalomon27
It’s the start of a beautiful course but right now it’s too wild and unkempt. Disc eater.
@davescheu
Short and wooded. Nice new course!
@troysimp69
Bees on red 3 right side near the base of one of the trees be careful, other wise a fun technical course
@bcnorval
Tons of potential Need better signage showing layout of holes Circular tees super in terms of size, but don’t show basket locations. Maybe painting red and blue arrows on pads pointing to baskets would help
@ediscy
Nice little course! All in the woods and pretty short technical holes. I like the rubber circle teepads, and the fact the there are blue and red baskets is great
@donutshack
I know it’s a new course, but after playing reds (longs) the red feels neglected and like an after-thought, compared to the blue. I enjoyed the course overall, but think it would have been better if the greens for the red basket were as well up kept as the blues. All in all a fun pitch and putt (aside from hole 9 ;)). Well done to the designers, looking forward to how the course evolves!
@celliot97
Really fun, short course - lots of different shapes needed, but not so long that you can't still score well. Some beautiful views and a really nice hike. Needs better signage, but I'm sure that's coming soon!
@bagelbandit
Fun course. Mostly a pitch a putt course. Fun little technical shots. Wish there were more long holes like 1,2,8,9. Some of the basket placements are basically the same distance not really long /short. Fun to have a new course in the area. Great baskets and tee pads.
@imwearingcons
DO NOT follow the directions through udisc! Instead just search for Glassman park on whatever maps you use. I will definitely be back! The course needs to be worn in a bit and signs would be nice. Personally I would rather play blue baskets (easier) FIRST and then the Red, but the udisc layout has red first. Also there is an error on #18 on udisc. It is showing a par 4 and the red basket even though we played the red basket on the front 9. I am assuming #18 blue basket will be a par 3? Bravo! So glad to have a other course to play in the area! It is the only one with this much elevation change which REALLY makes you think about each throw!
@vipermike64
Here on vacation and brought a random bag of discs at the last moment. A lot of rain hit the last two days so there is some standing water. Brand new and obviously they are doing a great job with what they have available. Alot of work has went into this course. Solid. Red/Blue baskets and circle tees are fantastic. First circle tee course I've played. Loved the wooded shots. Forces you to be accurate. When the first gets all settled in this will be a great 9/18 depending on layout. Note* Red basket in the ravine on the side of the water run off of the interstate gets slick. I ate it pretty good. The smell of that mud wasn't fun either haha
@tdcavenagh
My rating is for what the course will be when finished. Great layout, challenging holes, beautiful wooded course.
@cranematguy1974
This course is just getting going. The tee pads are amazing. A little traffic and this place will be a little gem.
@jrl017
Great addition to southwest Michigan
