Beautiful course! Nice mix of open fairway and woods with a couple of water hazards! Well maintained and manicured. Great signage! Pull Al the way down the road to park by 1.
@strider531
Looking forward to the signage going up. The course is beautiful and spread out. Quickly becoming one of my favorites.
@steenormous
Solid course. Decent shot selection and 380+ accuracy needed for a couple holes, mainly due to use of elevation and water. Tee pads are short, small, and muddy after any rain so bring good shoes. Very fun course

HORRIBLE parking directions! Directions takes you to a locked gate. Parking lot is large and not clear where is best. Gotta fix that. It is unfortunate hole 1 is not hole 12 and just make the parking simple by the tennis courts. However, can’t knock its rating because of parking. 5 stars for a fabulous course. Just enough trees to shape shots. Plenty of options to throw your full bag. Good distance for intermediate players. Love par 4s and long par 3s. They found a way to have 1-2 roller holes too!
@clt1jab
Beautifully maintained course with great views of the lake. The course is very open, so you won't be searching for discs and missing your lines slightly won't hurt your score much. As someone else said, if you can't get a consistent 320+ off the tee, you'll have terrible getting birdies. Finally, the course plays across campus. If there are many people on campus, it might be tricky to avoid bystanders.
@dcogsdell87
Fun course with great views, good variety challenging enough to be fun. Tee pads are a bit small and there is a glaring lack of trash cans.
@ramboturtle
nice mostly open course with a lot of good views of the pond. It is a bit long you’ll want to be able to throw 330 to have a chance at birdie on many holes. Very nice to have air conditioned bathrooms and a water fill up at the start of the course and going to hole #11!
@hopsedge
This is a great addition to the Rome DG scene & a nice alternative to Log Cabin at Berry, which is the only other course in Rome worth your time. GHC can’t really compare to Etowah or Gatewood over in Cartersville, but there much more to work with over there. Yes, the tee pads at GHC are short, but unless you have a run-up like James Conrad, you’ll be fine.
@weswilliams18
Limbs are overgrown and throttling the fairways by covering the lines or growing so close along the ground that it blocks the main area on many holes. Several greens that have small saplings growing on them that are not intended to be there. This course has potential to be amazing, but the maintenance and upkeep of it is poor for a course of its standard.
@rrmurry
When the tee pad signs are installed, the signage will be 5. The directional arrows on the bottom of each basket is great.
@lorenzothepanda
Parker out did himself. This course is the funnest place ive played in North GA. 1000/10. There's variety all around at this place. Distance holes, shorter holes. Open and tech. water push forehand and backhand. Place is challenging but so friendly. Pushing you like a father figure lol I'll be back for many many more rounds! Friends to! 7H3R!
@justinrea
Great design!
@davo10
Great course, best in the Rome area in my opinion. Nice shot variety, accessible to experienced and new players alike.
@slprice
Very cool temporary layout. Most of the holes are really well designed, especially for the space they are working with. The pars/distance for the short tees compared to the long are very fair - meaning it’s a good setup for both beginners and more advanced players.
