@milltyl
Udisc’s information about pin placement (A, B, C) did not match actual pin placement on several holes.
@jimbarnard
Had to change most pin positions on UDisc layout. Many tee signs had a new pin added. Lots of blind tee shots so for a first play it’s a lot of walking out into fairway to find basket and then walking back to tee pad. Hole 9 c-pin could be fun but too much blind tall grass, needs more short grass fairway.
@leebs93
Nice layout with some challenging lines!
@chetman
As good as it gets. First couple and last couple baskets are park style course. Everything else is true rugged tree course.
@marshallarts
Phenomenal course. Challenging shot shapes, with accessible distance for amateurs. Stressful first hole out over the water. Natural OB in the tall grass once you get into the trees.
@jmedina5397
Leave markers on basket where next tee pad is to help ppl that don’t have UDisc
@renaldo
Interesting challenges and well maintained! Tee pads tilt which is a bit annoying but overall a fun time!
@jacobtews
Currently (20 July 2023) set up for a tournament, so it plays quite long. There’s some indication that it has had (or will have) shorter baskets for less experienced players, but for now you’ll have to play the championship level ones. A fun, challenging course. Nice mix of hole types.
@scroggs
Nice course
@mayo1532
Good course if you are good. Not for beginners, lots of one strip fairways
@eronic210
Hole nine needs update. Wrong pin location
@jondegerness
Gavins has great Innova discatchers, but tall grass and tiny fairways make for a long slow frustrating game on the wooded holes. Hole 10 is still a super cool top of the world island hole. But this is not beginner friendly. As a beginner a year ago I had 14 more throws. 3.5/5. (Not a pro rating, just a Joe rating)
@ernestoa111
A wonderful challenging course with a great design that flows. At the moment there’s quite a few short holes and some long ones to really test your distance, not too many in the midrange. Could have better tee signs posted to give a better idea of hole placement. Overall highly recommend the course.
@revmatthias
Great course! How is a little worried when I showed up and couldn't find the tee box, and the first few holes were completely open with little to no obstacles. That ended up being a good warm up for the rest of the course which goes into the wooded areas. This is going to be one of the courses I will always play when camping in this area.
@kadefili
Well maintained fairways and cool wooded shots.
@eliou23
I just feel like for a state park they should stick to the original design. Several holes were already tough but then they moved some of the baskets back 200+ feet through heavy trees and tall grass. Some holes you have to walk a quarter of a mile just to find the basket. Love the course but it'd be a lot more fun if what the sign says is what you play.
