The rough is rough, hit the fairways or find yourself navigating through every species of thorny bushes in the state of mn, or wandering around in prairie grass hoping to find your disc. The fairways are fair, but often times you find yourself throwing around a blind corner and then having to figure out where your disc went into the abyss of you didn't hit the fairway. Pads are super short by at least 2 feet, very limited garbages out on the course. Some decent shot variety offered with big hills involved. The first two holes navigate through some awesome oak forest, just to get let down after that when you realize most of that is used for a horse trail. If they ran half this course through those beautiful oaks this course would be an absolute gem as it would also them avoid the thorns and grass more. Plenty of needless walking from one hole to the next and limited arrows to send you in the right direction after cashing your putt. A few his requiring you to basically throw at the pad of another hole. Hole 3 is the worst with this design flaw. Not a lot of foot traffic doesnt open the door for poor design with safety concerns. All around i didn't find myself having fun throwing this course to the point I almost decided to bail on the last 3 boring holes. Decent course for the locals, but not worth traveling too far out of your way to hit imo. I won't be back and won't lose sleep over that. Id give this course a true rating of about 3.75, but will go on the higher end because the maintanence was on point for the most part besides hole that had a branch hanging clearly in the line off the tee. Nothing a pruning saw couldn't quickly fix though.

A gem. Very hilly with technical but scorable shots. Everything is nice. Flow first time is interesting with long walks between some holes and seeing later tees early. Overall I'd highly recommend

TON of thorns off of the fairway. Good amount of holes where you could hit someone on another tee so be cautious. A few holes with very funky choices of tee pad areas. Fun course, but disappointing layout considering the space.

Nice course. Tee pads are a little small and mostly on the wonk. Nice shot variety and definitely a gem out in this area.

Great course with beautifully maintained fairways and shot variety. Plenty of blind shots where if you go off the fairway you’ll be searching for a while.

Beautiful course. Well maintained. Some long walks between tees. Horrendous mosquitoes, but to be expected when playing mid-July. Hit the fairways or use spotters to avoid lost time looking for discs in the rough.

From hope 15s basket to 16 ls pad is a 700-800’ slightly uphill walk. Other than that place is awesome

Enjoyed the course. A solid design with potential for multiple pins. Enlarging the tee pads would improve the player experience.

Honestly, one of the best courses I’ve played and I play all across the Greenbelt from Kentucky to Illinois to Western South Dakota, Northern Iowa, North Dakota, and Minnesota. This course actually resembles the top-tier pro course absolutely worth stopping and checking out and I will definitely be back. It’s only two hours from my home.

Great design and fun shots. True dg course. I had u disc but even if you don’t have, you’ll be fine with signage. Nice to see workers take pride in their course. Continuing to make improvements. Nice new rock island around basket. Extras - flag above baskets. I was early spring so under growth not a problem but will be later in year. Great course!

Steep inclines need railroad ties for steps Hole 10 needs a short cut through the grass to avoid walking muddy horse trail

Nice course. Big dog legs. Short tee boxes. Long walks between a number of homes but well marked. Good workout.

A lot to love about the course. Very unique holes, great shot variety, fairways well maintained, and signs to direct you to the next hole. Even has hangers on some ot the posts for your bag. Wouldn't recommend a cart because of the hill, and tee pads could be longer. However, an absolute must play course!

It was definitely a good little 9 course before but the addition of the new 9 is great with even more elevation changes and shot variations that are not found elsewhere in the surrounding area. This course with Walnut grove and the one by Sanborn are definitely the big three of southwest Minnesota to hit. This course is the only one though that will prepare you for Blue Ribbon and the higher end paid courses.

Love the shot variety, only real problems are small tee pads and some pretty bad rough really close to the baskets. Definitely worth playing if you’re in the area!

Best course in SW MN. The course is a good mix of everything with a wide variety of shots & elevation. Well maintained course & great scenery. Great signage & easy to navigate for the most part. Playing with a 2nd player is helpful on a few holes that have blind shots to the basket from the tee pad.

Solid course overall. Wish the teepads were a bit longer and it had maps. Other than that some of the best disc golf in the area

Great place for a course and quality (homemade) baskets. A couple of the fairways are a bit close to each other, but if you like nature hikes combined with disc golf, then you will love this scenic course 👍. 5/5 for me

Great elevation use, and fun dynamic range through 18 holes. They recently bush wacked the rough which helps when shots don’t go as planned.
