About the course

Ellison is a popular course in Rochester because of it's mix of elevation change, beginner friendliness, and deep history. Ellison Park has been played during everything from local fundraisers to World Championships (1984). Almost every hole is reachable without professional caliber distance and the course is usually very well maintained. There are no water hazards so it’s relatively rare to lose a disc on this course. The signature hole 12 is 525ft downhill and wide open. The 18 hole course is typically available for play from mid April till early October. Many of the baskets are removed during the winter to allow space for the sledding hill.

Would love the new tee areas not to have such a drastic step up.
