Tee pads over grown, layout doubles back on itself, signage almost completely white from aging, hole 9 has a tree that takes up the entire fairway end to end so the only way to play it is to plinko and then scramble

Decent course for a quick round not much shot variety or difficulty and most tees are missing signs

Some dead trees and brush that could be removed. Hole 2 tree is mostly dead. Lots of branches near baskets but have had a lot of wind and not spring yet.
