Short course with small footprint. Great layout for available space. Definitely need U-Disc to negotiate the course due to lack of signage. Alt pads need maintenance.
@dnewbert
Well, it’s Marfa chic, where broken beer bottles and cactus are pretty cool. The baskets are in great shape, but the rest has been a little neglected, that’s part of the charm. It’s a pretty cool designed par 3, but def. need this app to navigate. We had a great time and the high winds are a feature. Looking forward to going back:)
@nmgutsfrisbee
It’s a sweet little course in Marfa, where it’s completely unexpected. The main pads are great and the baskets well maintained. The 18-hole variation is pretty well done. It was a great course to play each morning to start the day on my visit. Huge shout out to the designer and maintainer! UDisc is a must to get around.
@tigerinatrance
Fun course utilizes a small amount of space very well. Real grass roots vibes. Happy to get to play it, props to the locals that put it in
@cghildreth
One of the best little 9 hole courses I’ve played. The designer did an excellent job turning a small piece of land in a depressed area into a very interesting little course. There’s a few stock hyzer holes, but also several that require interesting shot shaping.
@zappyzippy
Fantastic 9-hole course with elevated and hanging baskets. Most tee pads are poured. Unclear where to park, paper map needs to be updated, and course area needs a cleanup. Overall, had a lot of fun.
@rob1duve
This course is useless without UDisc. It is interesting though. Imagine building a 9 hole course in your garage and keeping it fresh and original. Great little course. And don't trust the GPS.
@paulo87
UDisc needed but super fun high desert course
@offgrid
Nice little course with mostly concrete tee pads. 6,7, and 8 had nothing that we could find. The app helped a lot. Parking is hard to find but the description helped.
@doneverest7
High weeds were prevalent and had difficulty finding my disc on several occasions. Did have some difficulty finding the course as there wasn’t any signage present. Would help if the baskets were marked with numbers
@phlickerdeluxe
Cheeky punt. A few fun lines. If baskets could be marked with hole # that would save some chin scratching. Good job tho, nice oasis
@ianmonths
First of all, I was shocked to find out there is a course in Marfa. Finding it and playing it was a bit tricky; it’s very much a work in progress, as there are many tee pads still to be built. Baskets are nice, course is short, and it felt like we were trespassing the entire time. Glad it’s there, still
@preinermann
Rugged. UDisc not up to layout. Thanks to local Wes for leading us around!
@jdtucker
Fun short course. Hope 7 missing altogether.
@fredlabia
9 hole is easy to follow w/ the app, the 18 needs a couple more markers. Some decent lines to throw, not very tough. Thanks to whoever put this in, rad to play golf in west tx.
@mwandas
Tight course on a small property. But good job with what’s there. Good baskets and good tee pads.
@shittydisc
Needs markers and some better signage but cool place!
