@roknruin
It's a long, rough walk on the best day.
@discgun
Front 9 has some great holes and well maintained. Back nine the signage distance is way off and the course is less maintained. Use a spotter on the back 9. This course is cart friendly .
@mitchellday
Very fun course. The front 9 is much easier than the back 9. The back 9 is very wooded and requires straight shots with placement. A great challenge.
@nicksioson16
Pack your arm and get your mind right… 4.5 - 5 mile hike with steep-ish undulation.
@shawnfmmusic
Hole 17 is stupid and justifies not playing the course. 3rd time I’ve played this course and I’ve never not lost a disc on that hole. I like hard courses, but there’s a way to keep it difficult without the drain your bag punishment on top of the OB strokes. One of the best courses I’ve ever played minis that one hole.
@josiahhowell
Bring tons of water…especially if it’s hot 🥵 it’s a wonderful course filled with par 4s and 5s. The views are amazing and the holes are well designed. Watch out for hole 17!
@tylermoze
Challenging! But most diverse course in Oklahoma. Top course here for sure
@wikel74
Needs mowing and trees trimmed. Some holes very confusing on where next tee pad is. But shot variety is great.
@noahstat
Best course in Oklahoma, terrific shots, terrific, signage and way finding, most of all tons of fun!
@jrgaches42
Course is very hard, if you’re looking for a long course and technical shots this is the course for you!
@mongo410
I enjoyed this course, one thing I would say is they should pay people well to help upkeep this course.
@genekouba
The 14er is a fun and challenging layout. Matt Bell did a great job in designing and building these two courses. His tribute to Richard Thornton is wonderful and well deserved. We park at the Nest and begin play on hole 28 (#10 on the original Eagle Valley layout) just across the road from the Nest. This allows us access to our cars and snacks after the first 18 without having to move cars. If you are not playing and enjoying these first rate courses, I don't know what you're thinking. This is my older review of the original Eagle Valley layout: Course is in fantastic shape. Mowing and trimming are evident but somehow didn't make the course any easier for me to score. Stroud Lake is a great place for friends from Tulsa and OKC to meet and play some disc golf. No ticks or mosquitoes bites on me or my dog so we had a great time in a gorgeous setting. And to top off a perfect day we ate with our friends at the Rock Cafe. What could be better?
@mztaray23
Challenging and fun championship level course. The fairways are always kept clean!
@kentcox
Stay in the fairway or it's going to be a long round. Super fun!
@shmyers47
This is one of my favorite courses in Oklahoma. Tough, but gettable holes. Great shot variety. Great teepads and baskets. Love having a course with many Par 4's and some Par 5's. Only reason it isn't a 5 star is because there are a few holes with quite a long walk from basket to next teepad and no trash cans on the course.
@dmurnan
Very mucky course after any rainstorms. Signage was good and tee pads well maintained but the layout isn’t very convenient…several pins were very far from the next tee pad.
