Glad Marseilles has a course that's accessible without needing to leave town. However the design is lackluster, being just an open field with baskets and no other obstacles. I drive by here a dozen times a year and had never noticed a sign by the road before so I think that may be somewhat new. Parking is confusing as the gravel lot is used by the town as storage of landscape materials and equipment. No tee pads but there are signs at every tee. Overall a boring layout.

Love the course, lots of straight open holes to practice distance and putting. Would love it if there were trees to catch some shade. A nice local course though.
@arbehrens
Imagine 2 soccer fields glued together.
@plstcwstlnd
Nice that it exists but not very fun. Giant wind tunnel
@pguerin
Very open
@nhar23
Needs more trees
@mwalker
Wide open course that is good for field practice. Only worth playing for locals.
@prusniak10
Terrible all around. The layout makes no sense, the parking is atrocious. No tee pads on a very uneven ground. Played 2 holes and left
@beehous
I'm happy they dedicated this land to 9 holes, but there is NOTHING to shoot around or to challenge you. It's basically (almost) the size of maybe 2 football fields of wide open grass and one berm. It would be really great if they could come out and plant some trees to shape some fairways. Nice for locals, but not a place to travel to to try a new course yet.
@naquin1
Very nice course! Very straight forward but fun. Needs to be mowed more regularly
@mattesonl
Nice Course. Very open, The wind and sun can be tricky.
