Fun and scenic course adjacent to the lake. I was the only person on the course. However, it was a busy area with lots of fishermen and redneck campers driving near and through the course on golf carts. I was on the tee pad on hole 14 and a guy carting around his family and driving through the fairway stopped and asked me if I was just hanging out. I told him I was getting ready to throw my drive and hw responded perplexedly, "thats a game?". Not sure what he thought the baskets were, squirrel feeders maybe...LOL!!!!
@atuhzee
Tees have been moved around and don't match up exactly.
@bruntrick
Signage really needs some updates, and to remark the tee boxes in UDisc, they are off in a few. Also recommend re-checking the numbers on the pins, some are off or they are used for one of the other courses. But tee box signs, finish the updated tee boxes (the new ones are nice), and update UDisc and it’ll be much better.
@pwnisher
Very well designed course with alot of variety and difficulty of shots. Holes and fairways freshly mowed and seem to be maintained. Teepad on hole 1 is currently just flags, would like to see that added.
@abean716
Really fun 1-6, 8-9. Hole 7and the back 9 still need a lot of work. Whenever they get the tee pads fairways and signage figured out will be a really good course for Daviess county. Also can Boggs give us a discounted price, don’t really want to pay 7 dollars every time.
@ngrantb
New course that still needs some work. Missing tee pad on hole 1 and there are no tee signs. Front 9 is a fun course with a slight challenge. The back nine is wooded, very overgrown, and the fairways are not clear. It looks like they are still finishing the back 9 but as of now some holes don't really have a fairway.
@smurf88
Played the six new holes. Can't wait to play it when it's all done. Still no tee on hole one though. Other than that I'm excited to see this course grow.
@holmesmlh
Missing some tee pads and some holes are overgrown.
@wbond1
Several holes were overgrown
@ironoxide
Fairways need mowed. Still missing tee pads for most holes. Lot of potential, just needs some support.
@matthewmoore
Baskets 1-6 are manageable. 7 was almost unplayable. 8 was the nicest looking hole on the course. 11 and 12 definitely needs better markings or tee pads. Definitely challenging course overall.
@zaleace
Trimming of the paths and the finishing of the tees would increase my rating.
@hello7027
The layout has been updated the last few months. More variety of hole variations and locations. Tee pads are all in and they have worked to open up some of the clutter on the wooded holes.
@kconley
This course has taken some time and redesigns, but it's really coming together over the last year. Wooded holes were wisely repositioned to waterfront positions offering great views, challenge, and more feasible upkeep. Glad to have a full 19 hole course in the area. (maybe a 20th to fill the gap between 13 & 14 soon). Recent work removing fallen trees and branches have the course looking better than ever. Areas that still need work: - tee pad on hole 1 - course signage including overall layout, hole signs, and warning signs for those unaware they may be parking on fairways - $7 is reasonable if you plan to use other park amenities or both courses, but a little steep for a single round on an incomplete course. Maybe offer a discounted single course fee. - Holes 14, 17, & 18 still need some attention.
