I really enjoyed the shot variety, even though there is some crossover. The signage is pretty good and the painted rocks really helped. The property is beautiful although there is some trash to be cleaned up. This would be an awesome pick-a-hope course and I would be happy to have it as my home course.
@sponagle
Dirtiest course I’ve ever played. Garbage everywhere. Walker targets. Off leash dog park part of course. Stupid.
@smboorman
Great potential and some fun holes to play. Overall course design is good. Not much for amenities and some general upkeep and course cleanliness would have improved the experience. Water carry on 17 is further than it looks but not as far as you think!
@pedrog42
Nice community course worth stopping by to play. Signage is subtle but consistent. Paving stone tee pads (mostly). Not a lot of short variety but plenty of trees to avoid. 17 has a water carry shot, who doesn’t like that? Enjoy!
@islandmike
Big improvements over rhe winter and concrete slabs for tees on all the holes now. Sweet!
@treetrimmer74
Really fun course. Well worth a trip over the hump to play. A couple of holes were tough to find, but once figured out, it was all good. Better baskets would make this a perfect Island course!
@russd87
Amazing new course in Port Alberni. Shorter but challenging with lots of tunnel shots with great use of the hills in the valley. Even a shot over the water on 17.
@shaynepfeifer
Neat course, will play again. Needs tee pads and the baskets are old and unforgiving. Bring a spotter or you will lose discs.
@clutchkarl
Loved it. Great variety of shot shapes and lengths. Tree course w open lines and nice shade. Couple holes need direction but I see some new signage in the works. Thumbs up.
@jackfrisbee
Sadly no bear encounter though I did see some pigs. Beautiful layout. Just needs some love. Will definitely play again and hopefully rate it higher
@cynoheal
Terrain avec peu d’entretien certainement pas faire de la route pour jouer ce terrain
@dsimmie
Some tees pads were hard to find the first time around. But loved the course! Area is an off the leash dog park. It starts in the open field and then goes into the woods. Really liked the course.
@davidsinclaire
Most tee pads are marked. Tee pads are uneven. Watch your step. Nice shots. Decent technical course. The course is coming along.
@rgette
Beautiful scenery, thanks to whomever put the little red arrows on top of baskets leading to next tee box.
@mkweimer
The course is getting better every time I play it! New teepads are awesome and the course is getting played in nicely!
@ctearnshaw
UDisc helped but the flow was rough. Could find tee boxes mostly due to labeled rocks on 60-70% of the course and sporadic signage on the baskets for the next holes. But sometimes was tough knowing which basket was that hole. Blackberry bushes everywhere which was great for eating but awful for finding discs.
@colinfilliter
Decent currently as a relatively new course. Potential to be great with better tee pads, signage, trails. Looking forward to seeing it develop
@mpl2004
Fun lines, interesting shots. Difficult to find some fee pads. Very fun. Will improve as more people use it.
@cwfinlayson
Brand new course! Pluses are 18 actual baskets. Tees for all holes and a variety of shots. Great water hole on 17 and a bomber to start. 9, 10, 11 will need to get beat in a bit. Can't wait to see this in summer.
