@bredy2019
Don’t know what the low rate is for. Only downside is the short tees
@ajm77736
Course is not the best when comparing to other ones near madison, WI. Multiple tee pads are not facing at the baskets(30-40 degrees off, instead of facing basket) very wet/muddy, multiple signs are down for the first 3-4 holes. Also fairways are very skinny with rivers on one side, or 4 foot grass on the other. Fairways are Only 15-20 feet wide so it was a tough course for me.
@billthecrusher
Very fun 18 but rec players will lose discs & have wet feet. I enjoyed it technical but punishing on mistakes. Natural swamp back 9 (good shot may be 3" water). Tees & baskets nice signage work in progress
@mfryer
Could use a little bit more mowing
@bluemobley
Definitely a fun course and worth the play, but probably needs some work in terms of maintenance, landscaping, clearing of brush, etc.
@n8rohrer
Solid winter course. A handful of uninteresting holes, especially through the middle of the course (7-11). Although I do appreciate some of the longer holes so I can whip out my distance driver occasionally. Not very beginner friendly, but if you’ve got a 350’ hyzer there are plenty of birdies out there.
@aclymer13
Tee signs are not updated, use a range finder for actual distance, some holes are off by 100'+
@stevesimer
During the school day you may have issues on the ball fields…yardages in UDisc need to be corrected.
@robbieray
Really enjoyed the first 8 holes but the fairways are very narrow on the back 9 and any shot slightly off is in thick rough that is almost impossible to find your disc so expect to lose discs on this course.
@leejobs
If you miss the fairway on the back nine kiss your disc goodbye. The tall grass and weeds are waist high and thick. Maybe will try again in late fall or early winter or early spring if it is dry and not flooded.
@maxedout47
Awesome to finally have a course in the area. Some fun park shots and good use of the river. Looking forward to see how things grow around it, especially in the field areas. Excited for some traffic in Blanchardville too!
@jasonhumphrey
Fun new course but the rough is ROUGH, bring a spotter! great tee signs, no benches, small tee pads but had fun even on a hot day. lots of wildlife, frogs, snakes, insects to watch you search for your disc
@caseyj608
Pretty decent course. I enjoyed it myself, couple spots have potential for loosing a disc. Fun yet challenging, nice mix of bombers and shorts
@zkersten
First 9 was good, back 9 was to much a risk to loosing discs 😆
@arctickats
First time playing here, there's no cell service in this town, so plan ahead. There's parking near Hole 2 & the playground, but Hole 16 is flooded & unplayable. This course is definitely worth playing, lots of baskets are along the river, but still doable for me. I'll have a video from the course on my YouTube channel in a few days @ArcticKatsDiscGolf
@stevek365
First 12 or so are really nice with nice grass, then it gets wetter with longer grass and less maintenance due to thr wetness. Hole 16 (the pond hole) is just too much - 350 carry for anyone not a pro is too much to ask (short tee was flooded out). Needs some trimming of rough near baskets and landing zones and drainage/bridges for the last few holes. Overall its pretty good considering its only been open this year and its been a real wet year.
@kimberlady
Better than expected, even with some lingering storm damage. Definitely a flood zone, so dependent on the weather, maybe skip after another rain storm. We had to skip holes 16 & 18 due to flooding. They’re still working on clearing out storm debris but also some random junk but they got creative with the layout!
@spaceballs
Tee pads are small in comparison to most other courses I play. Definitely should have waited for it to dry out more before playing it. Will try again later in the season.
@njreeson1
Fun course, but small tee pads and course was flooded and didn’t show signs of drying.
