Short with some challenges. Fun! Mini Kirkwood.
@renotahoedg
I really enjoy the first 15 holes. There is a variety of shots and I feel that the pars are fair. It’s beautiful and a heck of a hike. Bring water and bug spray. I’ve sacrificed 3 or 4 discs to hole 16 now and that hole can lick my birdie bags. The upkeep is lacking as tee pads are starting to fall apart and most holes are missing their signs. Grab a beer and burger at the lodge after your round.
@jpers71
Mosquitoes are formidable. Wear your spray. Absolutely worth the hike.
@frolfasaurus
Fun course, classic Sierra golf. It is quite the hike with a couple tricky tee shots. Tons of elevation changes. Good to play once a summer.
@dinelp23
Beautiful views, and a fun course. The hike up to hole 1 is worth it! Mesquites around the water, from snow melt. So bring bug spray
@chefschnell
Really great course and spectacular scenery throughout. Pros: Excellent shot shapes and variety Good mix of open and wooded holes Fun uphill and downhill shots testing control Cons: No signage for next tee, could really make this a 5 star course Few tee pads are in rough shape (broken, ripped) A few benches would be an awesome addition Overall really enjoyed this course, must play if in the area
@scottrd9
Insanely nice views and a great mix of shot shapes. Tons of elevation change and fun downhill throws. Never played anything quite like it. Definitely in the running for favorite course I’ve ever played.
@kennymac401
Amazing course. Second time that I have played it in four years. Definitely mountain disc at its best and it’s nice the holes are crazy long. If there were smoother tee pads, and better signage, I would give this a 4.6. 4.2 is my score
@ianbernizzle
Big elevation changes. Probably wouldn’t hurt to throw in one or two discs in your bag that you wouldn’t mind losing.
@dmoore45
Really nice, enjoyable course. Several fun and unique holes, and good use of beautiful scenery. Not a lot of variety in terms of distance, tee pads were so-so, and signage was a bit weak (but maps at the store make it doable). Friendly store with restrooms and maps.
@blakekworth
Beautiful course, scenic and well maintained, CAUTION bring bug spray and long sleeves if playing in June - we played early AM and the mosquitos were swarming.
@logangreenwood
Awesome course with technical shots and beautiful views. Mosquitos weren't a problem either! 👍
@jdkelly
So many mosquitos. Signage not really present anymore. Pads are all still pretty good. Views are amazing. Fun course.
