This is a very good course that mixes wooded areas, long holes, and open areas with a moderately high level of elevation change. Please respect those who maintain the course and don't litter.

History

Championed by Tom Moeller, Pittsburgh Flying Disc and Allegheny County Parks partnered to fulfill Deer Lakes' design promise with its inclusion in the 2015 Pro Disc Golf World Championships.

Really really well designed course. Well-maintained course and good tees. Biggest problem is the maps aren’t all correct. They only show on basket position, but each hole has more than one. Only in a couple spots are there direction to the next tee. There is a lot of back and for where you are seeing holes you’ve already done, but not direction to the one you are looking for. Still a really good course, just the first couple times are very confusing.
