History

Originally designed by Jon Baldwin & Braden Coolidge in 2016 as a championship level layout for the final round of the Masters Cup National Tour event. Layout modifications were later made to allow for mixed use public play. The Jon Baldwin Memorial Good Neighbor Open is held annually every October on this course.

Stroller friendly
The course is stroller friendly, however there are a couple of areas where using a stroller is more challenging. Specifically the walk from Hole 10's tee to the target and Hole 13's fairway (there is a cart path to the left of the tee area that can be used to get to the green)

Not recommended for individuals with limited mobility

The course is setup to have most of the tee's be off of the cart paths, however there are a number of holes where the teepads are off of turf surfaces away from the existing cart path. Holes 9, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, and 18 are all of the turf tee pads.
