Design is lazy. Pretty course but lacks any variety of shot shape. Either forehand or left hyzer will do for nearly every hole. Seems to be a pattern with the courses in the area.
@shsrhiannon
Beautiful place water was very nice but the layout was awful and the signs had to have been designed by someone who didn't play disc golf.
@lucasthegreat
Really fun park style course with most of the holes between 260-320. Great for decent players to have fun and for good players to hone mids and putters!
@mattmarkham
A very nice course. Most of the shots are similar to one another. 15-18 is way too far away. Could really utilize the land differently to make a more fluid course.
@gchristas20
Love what they have done with the space they have. As others mentioned, the single bridge is kind of a pain. Either a second bridge or a possible re-number so that once you cross the bridge you don’t come back until you’re finished. Overall fun, park style course around a really pretty creek.

Fun, short, semi-wooded course playing on the outskirts of Carson-Newman’s campus. The course utilizes elevation, light woods, and Mossy Creek to shape the fairways. Big arms won’t find much of a challenge here, but the course does require a bit of finesse to get birdie looks on most holes. Most fairways are straight, but there are usually multiple routes to the basket.
@fartpants
Fun park with good variety for a casual player. -.5 for the walk to 15. I could imagine eating for othe park walkers to become a potential annoyance. Glad I played

Pros: Beautiful piece of property that is well manicured. Fun shots even if they feel a bit too easy at times. Cons: player safety- there are several tee pads where you are at risk of being hit by a slightly errant shot from another hole. Navigation- lack of signage on some of the long traverses, walking through other fairways (hole 3 after you tee off you have to walk up 1’s fairway to cross the creek to 3’s basket), the transition from 14 to 15.
@jacobeaves22
Great course and good scenery. Walk from 14-15 is super long but that’s the only complaint
@cerealman
A fabulous 18-hole course that combines scenic views, appropriate challenges and unique holes. Plenty of design variety on the most beautiful campus course I’ve played. Read my entire review at www.dgcoursereview.com.
@olivercburkett
Pros: Beautiful and fun course. Great tee pads and signage. Cons: the flow / transitions are not good in some spots, doubling back into previous fairways, and the walk from 14 to 15-18 is crazy.
@randyblythe1981
Just start on 15 to avoid a long walk in the middle of your round
@jonlucas
Very fun course. Mostly mids & putters off the tee with a couple exceptions. Usually two different ways to get to the pins so very friendly to both hands. I cannot overstate how pretty this place is, especially right now in the fall! My one and only complaint is that there needs to be two bridges built over the creek. One to take you from hole 2’s basket to get to 3’s tee without walking in hole 1’s fairway, and another to make the walk from 14’s basket to shorten the walk to 15’s tee. Other than that, I love this course and will be back as often as I can!
@jakelx
Beautiful course. Just be warned you need insect repellant. Mosquitos are bad.
@tyeerilatos
Little too long of a walk from hold 10 to 11 and 14 to 15 but overall super fun course good for any skilled player.
