Met city councilman Kelvin Dupree and gave him a penny putter

Great new 9 hole course in NRH. Elevation changes in this park can be deceiving. Fun park. Great course for beginners and advanced players. I really hope in the future they use the wooded area and create a back 9 to make it a complete 18 hole course.
@bagofdurt68
Tee pads are a little short, but not terrible. Other than that, great little park-style 9 hole. Would make a great warmup before a full 18
@jmwelborn07
Only 9 holes, but most are 200ft +. Tees are short but signage on each and in the baskets for the next hole are good. Most are straight throws with fairly little variety or complexity. No benches but there's pavilions near holes 2 and 8. Overall enjoyed it.
@tonyhugghins
I am somewhat of a beginner so this course is really good for me….
@larryws
Good course to learn & practice
@rabidrabbit
Excellent beginner's course. Generally wide open course. Very forgiving of bad tee shots. Nothing greater than 300 feet.
@ethanashley15
Great beginner friendly course! Decent shot variety for park golf. Tee pads are a little short, but at least they are concrete. Great course overall!
@nickalvarez
Everything is great I just wish the tee pads were a bit bigger. Other than that.....solid course
@ldpearm000
Awesome I had zero trouble with the course. I didn’t get any lost in the trees. It’s just awesome for beginners.
@julian537
Lots of trash. Leave it nicer than you found it!
@dolphinsky99
Very great beginner course
@wbennett
We needed a course like this in DFW. Easy->Moderate difficulty. A great place to bring new players, a mixture of short and long holes. Open and obstructed basket locations, elevation changes. Chefs kiss! We need more courses like this to bring friends and new players to!
@markludwig
Great course for 9 holes. Elevation change every hole. Great practice for midrange shots.
@dgaficionado
Wee throws along hillside: recreational course with short tees plays out of the way mostly across open spaces in nice, multi-use city park; making good use of its few trees as obstacles.
@ryanmartin86
No tee signs out yet but UDisc directions are good. Not a ton of shot variety but windy most days so makes you think about the shots.
@jearney
Good short course for beginners. Gets busy with ball games on weekends.
