I see the word “potential” a lot in the reviews, and I would have to agree. It’s such a beautiful property, and they’ve done a great job with the layout using the land. Compared to the original 9 hole layout this course really has been transformed. Nice tee pads have started going in on the front 9, and once they’re all in this place will play even better. They’ve also done A LOT of clearing. Hats off to everyone working hard on this one. Once it’s all done, it should rate as one of the top courses in the state.

This course has so much potential! Most of the field holes if you land in the tall grass you are basically walking through poison ivy. Not much to do about this but mow more often but as someone who is very allergic it was a bummer. UDisc is way, way off on a lot of holes. Specifically hole 6 shows as being at the top of a very steep hill - it’s not, it’s right at the bottom. Baskets are those non-painted steel ones so if you don’t know where they are it’s hard to spot them. All that said this is a really fun course and it’s clear that work is being done to improve it.

So much potential. Once the tee pads get fully installed and layout is in place with both red and white tees

The back 9 hills are icy but manageable with a sturdy walking stick. Course has a great variety of holes, and it's a beautiful park.

Tee boxes are the biggest challenge here with great upside potential with some work.

First time playing the new 18 hole layout. It’s a lot of fun, there’s a few ace runs, and it’s not too punishing. Come out and enjoy it.

I truly like the new 18 hole layout. I think for the more experienced players they were like a lot of the tricky fairway shots in the woods. My only advice would be to bring back ups. You can easily lose a desk on a lot of the holes. My only criticism is for somebody who may not have played the new 18 hole layout is to maybe get some nap signs at the tea at to show the shape of the hole, Udisc is not completely accurate

Needs work still but it’s going to be an amazing course! The team working on the course are doing an amazing job! Can’t wait to play with tee pads at all the holes

A lot of short open throws. Nice one to try to get that ace (I didn't, but it's doable), but muddy tee areas make it difficult to not slip. Fun for what it is and might have the cleanest portapotty I've ever seen.

Mostly open field shots with a few trees brought into play. Dirt tee pads. Blue back 9 brought more shot variety and challenge, but signage was very poor for it. Overall a decent course with a low maintenance budget.

The scenery is nice, but disappointing overall. A couple of fun over-water holes. No tee pads, only extremely muddy and worn "tee areas", so expect to slip on most shots. Most of the course is under at least an inch of water. Lack of clear hole markers makes the course difficult to navigate.

Great improvements made, new tee pads were kinda hard to track down without GPS help from Udisc

4/5 for future higher rating. Played on NYE, was happy to see some clearing being done in the woods on holes 6 and 8. Extremely excited for his course in Spring 2023. This course is young and, along with its already great condition and universal skill level, has major potential as a solid 9 and (fingers crossed) a future 18

This course has lots of potential. Most of the holes are really cool with lots of variety, but they fairways/lines needs to be trimmed up. Once all the teepads are installed it will be a great 18 hole

Great balance of short, long, open, and wooded. Great potential, much more forgiving than Hidden Pond and a card of mixed layout can play all 18 without splitting up. Holes 13-16 need thorny rough cleared, and leveled tee areas. Hole 3's tee could use some shielding from errant shots on hole 2. Otherwise this course is in great shape.

Nicely designed 9 hole but could use better signage. Looking forward to playing this more often but worried about throwing around the summer foot traffic and field use.
