Some holes are for sure overgrown and need some upkeep, holes 2, 3 and 7 especially. However I wouldn't say unplayable, just very technical. If you are off you will be punished with chest high grass, thick bushy trees and a bad time.

Overgrown fairways, poor signage, 1/3 of holes not throwable. Tee signs are there but no info. Hole 8 & 9 open and playable.

Pretty much closed. Half the holes are completely blocked off by trees now. Paths not upkept

Some decent holes but a couple disastrous holes. Park near 9’s basket and it’s roughly a half mile to 1’s pad.

There are baskets, but tee pads are short rubber mats, tee signs so so, fairways are a joke, nothing mowed or trimmed what so ever.. rather disappointing . Hole 8 and 9 are the only mowed holes This place could be alot of fun and a good course, just need to mow and trimm some tlc
