A new course that is built with love and passion. Jorge has thought well how to fit 18 hole course to a relatively small area. Some tightly wooded areas and also open long shots, with OB making them challenging. Upgrades are still coming, but visit if you have a chance. Agree with Jorge beforehand (he speaks English and Portuguese). You can play some of the holes with par 3 or 4, depending on your skill level / ambition.

Jorge is an exceptional host—warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about both the sport and sharing it with others. His hospitality truly sets the tone for a great day of disc golf. The course is easy to find. It’s set on a beautiful farm, surrounded by forest and the stunning Portuguese landscape. You'll even spot a few content cows grazing nearby, adding to the charm. The layout offers a great mix of open and wooded holes, with a variety of technical challenges that really make you think about your shot selection. I especially loved how creative some of the holes were—this was the first time I played a 58-meter (190') par 4! It pushed me to dig deep into my arsenal and consider each throw carefully. Overall, it's a super fun and thoughtfully designed course. I can’t wait to play there again

I had a great time playing Cesta da Camponesa! Visiting from Oregon, USA, where I have access to a ton of amazing disc golf and I was really excited to try a round while on vacation in Portugal. Jorge was very responsive and welcoming. It was immediately clear that he loves disc golf and is working hard to make an accessible but challenging course at Cesta da Camponesa!
@arnarpéturs
A perfect day with Jorge, the owner/designer ❤️
@mvswope
I loved this course that my wife and I played while driving from Porto to Lisbon. There is a great variety of shot shapes, good use of OB, and some fun challenging lines through the woods. Also, the baskets are high quality. I hope to return to Portugal some day to play again! Obrigado Jorge!

Each 18-hole course in Portugal is uniquely different from the last, and this course keeps the trend going. The flat, wooded holes offer a technical challenge and the OB lines can be infuriating, and inspiring all the same. A couple of tee pads need some improvement, and the signage and way finding is a bit difficult in a few spots. Other than that, this course is a blast! The tee signs are clear about OBs and distances. If you can, play a round with Jorge, the owner. He's fun to play with, and passionate for the game! Support the pioneers of DG and grow the sport in Portugal!
@fritiof
Thank you so much Jorge for showing me around your course! You’ve done a great job on the land that you have and I encourage you to keep working on it. There are some great holes like 12 and there are some holes that could use some improvement like 4 (unnatural shot shape of the fairway) and 6 (double punishing with a really tight gap and ob very close right and left). Keep working hard and continue your important work of spreading the word of this amazing sport to your pupils! ☀️
@aasulvnord
Cool course by a very nice guy!
@ethanwalle1994
Awesome course that allows you to use shots you don’t normally get to use. Very beautiful use of space and the land. Jorge is the owner and designer and I can’t say enough about how kind and generous he is. I will be back one day! Excited to see disk golf grow in Portugal !
@philipf
Would recommend anyone to play this lovely course! Thanks Jorge for the experience 🙏
@kefear69
We got a great round in with Jorge who showed us around. I love what he is doing there, and in a country like Portugal, we need more people like him to grow the sport. The course itself is a low of fun, but don’t get fooled by distance! There is a loooot of OB everywhere. I highly recommend for everyone who’s around to come and play :)

Nestled in the tranquil rolling hills near Sardāo can be found the newest addition of disc golf courses in Portugal. Jorge, has brought to life his creative vision with evident care and imagination displayed on each hole. The course is challenging but fair. It tests the disc golfers strengths, and exposes their weaknesses. A combination of wooded and technical, along with open and free form holes provide the players with a unique and varied disc golfing experience. Jorge is a kind and welcoming host and I highly recommend playing the Cesta da Camponesa course often.
@mwatwood
Amazing course. Tons of fun with lots of variety and great use of space. All the ob makes the course extra challenging and technical. I can't wait to come back and try it again. Has all the best vibes and all the best parts of disc golf. Friends, community, the joy of flying discs, and wonderful experiences in nature!
@danedg5901
Very nice course. Half the holes in a field and half in the woods.
@mortiferum
The course has a good layout in such a small Area compared to other 18 hole courses. The tee signs looks more intimidating than it actually is in reallity. But this is a heavy techicall course, not super beginner friendly. I miss wooden tee pads but Im spoiled. Its well maintained grass is low on the course and little taller in the OB/Hazzard zones. Facility's are excelent inside bathroom, shade by the Main building. Strongly recommend having the owner either play with your group the first time or ask for a walk around the course to get familiar with the course.
@timonfossum
Very fun and technical course! Absolutely worth visiting! It is quite challenging, but not discouraging. Really impressive for being made by one man Jorge! Would recommend trying this course!
@basoska
Awesome course with challenging and fun holes!
@dsbilling
Seriously one of the best courses I have tried, and most likely the best in Portugal! Worth the drive and the donation! Excellent hosts too!
@whackshackleton
Great mix of open and wooded holes. VERY technical course. Watch out for OB!
