I’ve seen all the bad reviews, my opinion? Not bad! Awesome shot variety, better than many around. It does favor RHBH players but there are a few where backhanding is hard. I see alot of complaints about the teepads but most you can throw a few feet back or to the side and be on concrete. But i do agree, tee pads + maintenance would make this a 4-4.5 course. Would play again.
