A few of the holes are good but some are terrible like across a field of people or across a parking lot with cars.

Woof. Decidedly lacking on many key fronts (tee pads, signage, etc). The “parking lot hole” is exactly that. Just a shot directly across a loose gravel patch of parking lot. Cars parked there are your problem to avoid. Single worst hole I’ve ever seen on any course, anywhere. I suppose a bad course is worse than no course, but there has to be a better use of these 9 baskets somewhere else nearby.
