About the course

Older, short course. Very wooded. Fairways somewhat defined, but has problems with water draining, which causes lots of mud even days after rain. New basket placements on 2 and 3 put in recently.

A little piece of history. Nice quiet park with some tight fairways and low ceilings. The older baskets are smaller targets than modern, but they catch a good putt. The overall design is great with shorter holes on the front 9 to warm up and 9 ending back at the parking lot before you go out again on 10. Then the back 9 brings some longer shots. If I had to list a gripe it’s that some of the fairways get too close to other fairways or tee pads so you need to keep an eye out for other groups. I’d definitely come back from out of state

This is the first course in Tennessee and looks like very little has been done since. Everything is playable, but it’s definitely time to hire a qualified person to do a redesign and time to upgrade all the equipment.
