With high canopy and floor still clear this is an exceptional course

I played this and Norbrook Farm Brewery two days apart and I feel this is a better course. It has cleaner lines to throw, not easy lines but more defined. There are also multiple tee and basket locations that allow you to adjust to you skill or style of play. Navigation is much easier and the hole designs are more interesting. The final two holes give you a nice risk element by bringing the pond into play. Very nice course that brings a fun challenge without being frustrating.

Cedar Swamp might be the best of the 42 courses I’ve played in CT. Deep woods disc golf: a beautiful setting under the canopy of old growth trees. Fairways are generally wide, but the greens are well-guarded and require accuracy. The two water holes were a bit of a letdown. Short and feel more like “mid-round challenges” than closing holes. Even though “swamp” is in the name, I found it to be very dry. Detailed review at Discgolfcoursereview.com

A great hike in the New England woods. The throwing of plastic is just gravy.
@brrrrrrr
What a GEM this track is!!! The lines needed 2 score, risk / reward. Some of those on the back nine had some bite
@martinabeshaus
Love this course!
@brianphillips
I don't get to say this often. But this place is perfect, beautiful course, 😍 great tee pads, sings, and land is gorgeous
@endlsswinter
Best course in CT. Great design on both layouts. Not a single janky hole.

Beautiful course. Enjoyed the different shots that were presented. Would recommend playing.
@elijah10
Beautiful! Very well designed course, challenges you to throw accurately and stay in the fairway. Bunch of signature holes. This is a must play course, one of the best in New England!!
@bearcubster
Was really excited to try out the next highly-rated CT course! Excellent tee pads and signage, easy to navigate around the course. Unfortunately, was pretty disappointed with the hole layouts and design....quite monotonous and a lot of the same ~300 foot shots throughout. Island hole on 18 is the highlight, but they could have done more to incorporate water and elevation change to make it more interesting.
@billthecrusher
So fun! Woods and some water carries.
@discgolfphoenix
Great course! Paths are well marked. Solid signage. I really enjoyed playing the whites. The 18 hole course hosts either an extra tee pad or an extra basket.
@gharding15
Course had an incredible flow to it with very nice tee pads. Clean woods and it was obviously work is constantly being done to it. Can’t wait to go back! 10/10
@bsmall8
What a great course - lots of good shot shaping. Pretty, varied, and very fair - but real risks too! Great addition to Connecticut’s line up. So fun!
@discmaniam
One of the top courses in the state even in it's current unfinished state can't wait to see it completed. Thank you to the course designer for the amazing work
@awlogue
Two distinct layouts, both challenging in their own ways, beautiful stonework around the tees and greens.... The community obviously gives this property the love it deserves, and it is the flagship of CT Shore disc golf.
