A couple tees are marked by poles but no tee available. Hole 10 was a bit hard to find at first. Other than that I love the course.

This could be a great course.. needs tee pads, tee signs and navigation to next pad needs to be more clear. Flow here is confusing bad πŸ˜•. Beautiful property though. Also look out for people in the fairways, either just seating or weddings and fishing.. people in the way
