Order is Poorly laid out, but has unique shot variety. The rough is tough to find discs in. Not a course I would go out of my way to play again.

Beautiful space for disc golf. Design is ok. This is a throwers course with super tight fairways - very easy to end up in rough. UDisc made navigating the course easy + mowed paths and arrows were helpful. It appears this course improves every year. I look forward to coming back some day to see the progression.

Course really makes you walk between holes. Would be very difficult to figure out where to go without disc, however certainly still a decent course if you're in the area and looking for something to play. Course had me using discs I don't always get to use, which I appreciated.

I only played the first 9 holes red tees. However, I was satisfied with my visit. Hole 1 crosses a deep crevasse of sand which is neat terrain. All front 9 for sure have ground level turf teepads, except the gold tees. I found them comfortable running up on. Some long walks between a few holes. Holes 6 and 7 are oddly close together, walking near 7’s fairway after finishing 6. In my opinion, that’s poor design for flow of the course and a potential safety issue with an unfortunately timed errant shot. The course however is well maintained with walkways and fairways trimmed and cut. Pretty country right by a lake and campground. I’ll be back.

Overall fun course. Pros: Nice teeing areas Three tees to choose from Decent variety of shots. Cons: Gold is not different enough from blue on most holes Some hole are too close to adjacent fairways to be considered safe. Hole 2 has a power line in the middle of the fairway which could damage a disc, or worse cause electrical malfunction as there is a fuse on a key pole that must be avoided. Poor use of elevation and tree when able. Walks between holes are too long on many holes even if playing gold to gold while short enough to be dangerous on others. Overall thoughts: As a course collector, I enjoyed playing this course. It is one I would play again. If a concerted effort to plant trees and redesign for some better routing overall this could be a top course worthy of people to travel to play much in the way Burchfield is.

Nice practice range. We enjoyed the course. Lots of wasted space in between holes. Use your UDisc Open fairways. No chance of losing a disc. Fairly easy course. You will enjoy. Not worth the drive but if you’re close.

Fun course with multiple tee pad options. Well maintained and easy to find discs in the rough. Red tees good for beginner/intermediate players

Tough course to play blind. You might be teeing off looking at multiple baskets or might be throwing into tiny greens surrounded by super thick rough. #12 is poorly designed if you ask me. If you’re going to bend something that much, it should be much more open. At least on one side. I’d still give it a 4 though, once all the tee pads are in. Beautiful spot.

A true golfers course! This is a HIGH LINE course, so stop looking at the cut fairway shapes and look skyward and ur score will improve. Golds are DGPT lines. Once last 9 blue teepads are in it will be almost perfect. Lots of wide high hyzer lines over the meadow for bomber shots, long turnovers, forehand gaps, a couple short turnover wooded holes mixed in. Ignore the tall grass and pick your landing zones.

Excellent carpet tees on the blue layout and ongoing work to get tees on red (I assume and hope gold will follow!). Good lines, well kept, mowed fairways. If they keep working on the tees and keep things maintained as they are now this is the best the northern LP has to offer past Grayling and Traverse City! 5 stars from me once the tees are all in.

The course has great potential and has a great shot variety, but there’s barely a handful of holes you can see from the gold tee pads. Even with UDisc it is difficult to know where you are throwing for the gold tee pads.

There should be ways to make the long teepads and not have to walk so far for the short teepads. Otherwise enjoyable course.

So I may be a bit biased, because it's 10 minutes from my house, but this course is my new favorite course. Three tee pad choices, par 4 & 5 holes, good variety of back and fore hand shots, and it gets mowed (looking at you River Rd.) Just amazing to see a course be built in about 3 months!

Really fun course. Easy to navigate. Feels like three different courses in one with the tee selections. Only thing it is lacking is quality tee pads but understandably so with how new it is.
