June 17 2025. Right there is the key. After the ice storm, the course is almost unplayable. You can't even walk anywhere off the fairway. I lost a disc on my very first throw. And every throw after that was an unbelievable challenge. I walked off after hole four
@sovs61
Are there limbs down in a wooded course? Yes. Is that to be expected in a wooded course? Also yes. Couple holes would have been a nightmare throwing off the fairway, but the course seems like it's meant for shorter, controlled throws. I've only been playing for year and very much still green at the game but this was a great course to play. Just wish there were more (or any) trash cans on the course itself.
@hudsonkemper3
I'm a scratch frisbee golfer and I brought 5 frisbees with me... I lost 3 frisbees in the front 9 Holes because of how overgrown and all the trees and bushes that are also overgrown. The course is abandoned and the course design is stupid. The chains are old and so are the tee boxes. I would urge you not to come and play a round here. You will REGRET it!!!!
@bargue2003
Very tight fairways and lots of trees down on the edges of the fairways. It's a fine course, won't loose discs. Every hole is an extreme dog left or right.
@mjungers
Lots of short hyzer and anhyzer shots on par 3s. Nice practice with mids and putters. Super fun little course!
@tkrebs906
Fun beginner course. I enjoy the proximity to home and my 7 year old can come and enjoy himself. How didn't I know about this until 2024?
@gregoryhusk
Nothing fancy, no elevation changes. Good beginner course and good for working on shorter technical shots mostly. Will play when I’m in the area but wouldn’t make special trip.
@dawnbear02
Lots of potential. Punishing rough. Great local course. Would play again.
@handsongravy
Course could easily be a 4 star 18 hole but the shot shapes are bordering on utility only and aren’t much fun.
@n8barton
Couple strange lines, but lot of fun.
@swagatron
Well maintained, tightly wooded, par 4’s are short and almost free birdies, but there isn’t really a line to a good portion of the par 3’s on the front 9.
@jfrye1204
Don't make a special trip but stop and play if you pass through. Short and redundant not super easy though
@balthasar
Great mix of difficult, but achievable for a novice. Short distances, interesting looks, and a nice forest environment that makes walking fun.
@tedbultz
Yes the course is in rough shape post ice storm but it is still playable in my opinion. A lot of shots require control (not going too far). Bring a spotter - quality woods dg.
@alangonzalez
Need some serious maintenance from years of overgrowth and fallen down trees. The course is looking pretty sad
