@patruschke
My favorite course in the area. Don’t play it if you’re a little bitch.
@rory13
Wooded and challenging. Not for the fainted heart, but if you hit the your line with it. One of the hardest courses in St. Louis and Best.
@alexhallumsdisc
Heavily wooded 18 hole course. Not many gaps more than 5ft-10ft wide. Nice benches, signage, & baskets. Turf tee-pads are okay. Lots of poke & hope holes where you need both a good shot and some luck to score. If you enjoy extremely wooded course, you’ll enjoy this course. Wish some lines got cleared up a little. A few really cool holes. Overall, it’s a walk in the woods trying to not blow up & take any big numbers.
@zackeriath
Bring water and bug spray!!! You might want to pack a lunch too because this course has TEETH! Very tough but fun course, lots of different shot varieties along with some elevation change. It’s one of those courses where par is really good on most of the holes!
@bigperm13
Walk to 8 from 7 is ridiculous. Courses are difficult here at JB.
@kfsmeds
very tough and very fun densely wooded course. the layout was mostly in the C positions which made it very long and scrambling off the fairway a real challenge. the signage was great and UDisc was accurate, so navigation was actually quite easy. turf tee pads were in good shape with a couple of them having roots growing underneath. it was a little muddy in spots due to rain in the morning. would definitely play again when visiting STL.
@trentb250
It's harder than Northwood black when the baskets are in the long position
@samtakesnotz
Very tough course. Mostly fair, challenging holes but a few holes where you're just throwing at a wall of trees. Definitely fun but would be extremely frustrating for a beginner.
@crzed730
Little to no fairway on most holes, even then the fairway is unkept and high in a lot of places. Walks to the next tee can be an "adventure" to say the least
@jdd1327
Great course design! Definitely a challenge, but a fun one. Love the Tee pads and alternate pin placements. This is definitely going to be a special place!

Review update July 2025. Up to 4star. Would prefer MachX baskets. Course is solid now, well beaten in. Par typically 970-980. Tough course Review update 2024. Fairways have opened up a bit. Course breaking in nicely. Still think holes 13-14 need help. 17 better now. Rating up to 3.5star Solid front 9...back 9 much less polished so to speak...2nd shot on hole 10? Hole 13-14, hole 17??? Even the front 9 has some questionable fairways. Its clearly a work on progress. Just need to chop down all the tiny nonsense trees
@garrettbacon
I have no idea why this course is rated so low, but it’s the best course I’ve played in the area. Better than the park side in my opinion. Totally wooded with elevation change as well. Beautiful course. It’s a bruiser though, you better be mentally prepared to hit a bunch of trees.
@keeganmiles
Great course. Very difficult and only recommend for advanced to pro level players. Very wooded and technical and has good signage. Great layout and very well maintained. Didn't really see any trash on the course which is great. The only change I would make is with that of clearing out some of the trees to make a more obvious line to the basket. Isn't that big of a deal to me which is why I still give it a 5-star, but it would he better with a few trees taken out.
@andrewpearson
This course was so hard and so fun! I was here in STL for my anniversary and my wife humored me by coming out and playing. After we played this course, I begged her to play it again, I had such a blast. It is definitely a “white whale” course.
@anthonypasek
Keeps getting better with age.
@jonhellwig
Course is awesome, and will only get better after it really gets beat in
@localhand2
Challenging new course. Will be 5 stars after it gets beat in and completed. Be advised Not cart friendly at all
