Maple Vale Disc Golf Course at Buffalo Pound Lake is a well-kept park-style layout with mature trees and clever basket placements. Scenic and fun, it offers a relaxed but engaging round along the lake’s edge, making it a great spot for players of all levels.

Really enjoyed this course. It's beginner-friendly and lots of ace run opportunities for more experienced players. Decent variety of shots including tunnel shot and low ceiling. The distances from tee to pin differed between UDisc and the signs. If you're looking for more of a challenge, be sure to play the Blue Sky Valley course at Buffalo Pound too.

Great beginner course in a mixed use park. Holes aren’t too long but still have a nice bit of challenge. Great for practicing upshots. Tons of amenities in the area. Also a championship level course not far away.
@k3rnelpanic
A fun easy course to do with the family while you're camping. Discs are available at the campground office to borrow.

My boyfriend and I took a trip to Buffalo pound and this was the first disc golf course we ever played and it is what got us really into disc golf. Very fun course. For beginners or intermediate (ps. The office lets you borrow discs for free!)
@beeballca
Nice campground course they should take 9 baskets from the unkept course and make this 18 !!
@kdireland
Great little beginners course, easy to find your way around.
@benlichtenwald
Nice!
@oxercise
Nice family friendly park style course. Great beginner level course.
@motoman79
A few of the back 9 (alternate) holes were definitely more than par 3 as compared to the front 9....but we really enjoyed the course!
@ironwolf
Beautiful course with a gorgeous view. Grass is a little rough but you can easily see were the discs land. Every basket is within view of the teebox.
@diskputtmin
Fun place for the whole family and a good beginner course
@kelly1976
Nice little course. Kept well.

@marksmoving
It would be nice if there was some sort of ground marker for the alternate T-pads. It would have made the back 9 a little quicker.
@ryantrex
The front nine should set you up with a good looking scorecard, and the back nine will be more of a tester! Enjoyed this course playing for the first time this morning - Early Morning Father’s Day solo round 🤙🏻
@shawnhaeusler
Grass is a bit long and the bugs were out by the course is short and fun. Not sure about the Prodigy baskets - first time I’ve played a course that had them.
@friskidisci
Fun and easy. Would be nice if there were posts to indicate tee boxes as the lumber ones have grown over.
