@eccrowbar
To many upshots but cant complain, its a good course just come on a cooler day.
@fanaticfrolfer
Really awesome design and scenic shots but some tough downhill and uphill terrain to walk on. Unique tee pad surface but once you get used to it it’s not bad.
@stevek365
Well maintained for the most part. Hiking up and down the hills was not too bad as the ski hill is not super huge/high. The halfpipe hole is one of my faves of all time (the deuce on it likely biases me). Bar/grill on site is legit.
@harleja29
Pretty typical for what I've experienced in terms of courses built on ski hills. Ridiculous elevation, uphill slogs, downhill bombs, scary rough, bad pads, and very okay signage. The tee pads are the most limiting factor here. The surface itself is grippy enough but a lot of tee pads are angled up, down, and/or sideways
@dumpin
Leviska Design... Beautiful views. Nice cardio workout. You want elevation in the twin cities? Come try it
@mikeganter
Not a fan of the teepads in general, but Hole 11’s tee is terrible. I’d love to see benches at the tee areas too. A number of signs are for the old layout, so the flow of the course isn’t the best. But this is by far the best opportunity in the metro to play a course with elevation. Great views too
@thezohan69
Very fun course few spots are easy to lose a disc On some holes but otherwise a very enjoyable course ! Be prepared for a hike
@jdestef23
Fun course on a ski hill, couple fun shots and lines, not much woods. Tee pads are weird material so no great and a bit slope-y.
@thedominantlock
The tee pads are really awful, especially for a paid course. Decent course aside from that.
@iboylan
Course was a step down in quality from Hyland. Fun to play once but probably won’t be back.
@fudgesupreme01
Not worth the $6. Basket for hole 1 is missing, 18 is not playable either. Tee pads are made out of a material built for making the hill slippery for the skiers… multiple tee signs missing, very disappointing
@nicktetrault
Tee pads are not level for most holes and don't offer a good planting surface. Very little in variety of shots, most of which is up or down the hills.
@lashlarue24
Tee pads are a bummer at an otherwise great course. Expect a hike but the holes are really fun. I brought my cart and there are dedicated paths for them. The bar and grill is a nice spot after the round
@tboogs
Had a great time. Challenging & fun use of the ski hill/area. Neat view of Lake Crystal throughout the round.
@thegoldenhand
Good time with a few really fun holes. Leiviska design always does the best with what the landscape has to offer.
@dahimps
$7 after tax and sign digital wavier to play. Course uses the grounds phenomenally well. Tee pads are silly bristles that make it hard to pivot on a drive. Off fairway is pretty brutal, but most fairways are friendly for RHBH or FH. Hole design is good, nothing as intense as HSSA. Bar seems legit, discount with season pass.
@ericwestlund
Great course with lots of elevation! Fun throws! Changes to a couple holes and pathways were done well! Good layout but more vertical, so be ready for a hike!
@jonnyt123
2025 update - tee pads somehow seem worse than before and maintenance is so so. 2024 - Haven’t played here in a couple years, but my review stays the same as it was in 2022. Easy to follow layout, with a good mix of long and short holes. It is easier than Hyland Hills, but harder than Bryant Lake. The use of the slopes was done very well and is extremely fun. The only downside is the teepads. I honestly think I’d have more traction on grass. Some astroturf or cement will be needed at some point in time.
