I find that this course has a lot of similar shot shapes but the layout is perfectly laid out in a park style course.
@mr2eyes
Baskets could use some bright paint it was had to see some of them
@borser1
Really solid and fun course. Mostly open with lots of elevation change throughout. Hills, water, and trees make the course interesting and give some good shot variety. Course needs some updating and tlc. Decent tee pads and baskets but no consistent signage, no maps at holes, tee pad areas could be updated. But overall cool course!
@ricewatts
Fun and very scoreable course! Just needs a little TLC with lawn care! Signage was terrific!

Fun course in a city park. Some water carries. Course gets lots of play. One set of good tee pads, but there are dirt alternates. UDisc has you park in the wrong spot outside the park and a long walk to hole one. Directions need to be updated.
@cntbg23
Really fun open course. Was nice to open up after leaving Nc. A few shots were repetitive. Back nine was fire. Water carries were dope.
@heeresjohnnie
First time playing in VA! Really pretty course with some nice open shots but felt like there were a lot of 275-300ft straight shots. Overall would definitely play here again!
@joswayness
Thank you to all the hands involved in making this course what it is!
@rmellish3
Lots of space. Tee pads are great, easy to navigate. Not super technical, course design doesn’t force too many specific shot shapes which is the reason for 4 and not 5 stars. A few holes are hard to get pars on without a big arm. Would highly recommend though and still lots of fun, long bomber course in portions of it.
@dmottley
Grass is shorter. Erosion is taking its toll.
@cspeidel331
Fun course in the park. Water isn’t too bad on 16 and 18. Fun shots down hill. Recommend if you’re in RVA
@ninjabands
Fun course with a ton of potential w improved signage. Lots of pedestrians on course
@ryanbrewer424
My favorite course in Richmond. Awesome park style golf. Baskets could use an update. A couple holes are unreachable for most ams, but it makes for a challenge and score separation.
@cptfury
Great course. A lot of fun very interesting turns and angles. You’ll even have fun on the water holes but I recommend bringing an extra desk just in case
@brudisc
Great variety of shots and well kept. Not too crowded after work.
@calvinc44
Very fun rolling hills classic open park style course. Lots of shot shapes possible. I was new here and it would have been great if there were tee signs and directional arrows because I got lost a couple times. I loved 16 and 18- direct water carry ace runs— super fun.
@tremper
mostly open course in a busy multi-use park. Personally think it is the closest to a pro tier course Richmond has. Lots of long bomb tee shots, water shots, and good use of elevation change. Expect a crowd on weekends or a nice day. Novices beware hole 1 will claim your righty back hand shots.
@stoltzjl77
Pretty good shape but fairways crossing each other is just no good in my estimation. Fun though! Update: same and when course is crowded with fiddlefarters it’s even worse! Dang I sound like a crotchety old man..
