@bigfatfloppy
Wooded and Open mix, challenging with some big shots required for birdies.
@xinmingkuon
Pros: fun, diverse, and challenging shot shapes, and distances. You get the full gambit of in the words, in the open, right to left, left or right, uphill, downhill. Fun and challenging. Additionally, I appreciated the brooms at each teepad. Cons: 1) quite a few of the holes were very far away from each other, including a 600+ foot walk back to the parking lot. 2) with that, it was pretty challenging to find where the next hole was at, even with UDisc. Had to circle around a good bit. 3) Spiderwebs everywhere! Even in fairways. 4) some of the rough is very rough and challenging to find your disc.
@mackersnacks
Did not care for this course personally, if you werent putting down pin point accurate shots, you're probably losing a disc.
@sethb2
Lengthy and wooded with some great variety. Nice to have a spotter in the crew.
@trenton1411
Great course! Wayfinding is a bit challenging for first timers, but a great wooded/open course.
@alexhallumsdisc
Very nice 18 hole course. Not much to complain about if you enjoy wooded golf. Very technical, lots of mature trees. Good mix of distances and shot shapes. Challenging for all skill levels. A few fun par 4’s mixed in. A couple of ace runs as well. Worth a visit if you’re looking for something new!
@ceretullis
Great woods golf. Liked every part but the 3 holes with prairie grass.
@tanthalis
Great coarse and great signage at the tee pads. Lacking direction signage at the basket. Take a picture of the map at the tee pad, so you know the direction to go for the next tee. Lots of walking and drive to the last four holes. There is parking near 15 and 18 comes back to that lot.
@kiteguy
This course has SO MUCH POTENTIAL!!! All it needs are a few tee boxes and signs. The course itself is very well designed. Accuracy is key on many holes as they kept every single tree, possibly even planted additional ones for more challenge. Possibly the top course in STL area.

Edit 8/15/25 I'm not sure why it says, "Unavailable to play" here on the app. No major problems and looks good to play. Fairways cut and you want to avoid going OB as always on a few holes. Great to play in hot weather. Front nine is all shaded. Back nine has a decent amount of shade also. Get some foot traffic here to keep this course going! North County has a TWO 18 hole combo just like South County with JB. I love that there's an shorter/flatter alternate for hot days with a shady/wooded course. Ignore the old tees with no signs. Some close walks between tees except holes 8-9 (from 318 ft pin), 13-14 and 14-15. Left-handed backhand and right-handed forehand friendly but course has a good mix for all. A few "L" shape holes call for shot placement off tee. Might want to spray with some mosquitoes repellent.
@ryanpapiernik
Really like the technical shots all throughout the course. Even the more open shots have low ceilings or other components. Only reason it’s not a 5 for me is all the walking between sections of the course. I’ll definitely be back to play it.
@tyberticus
Wow! Just discovered this course and it’s already one of my favorites in the greater StL. Highly rec!
@cade1397
Front nine is nicely technical and wooded. Back nine is park style. Underrated course that challenges your game. Check if the grass is cut before playing.
@calvinc44
So it’s a pretty fun course, the front half is your classic rolling hills park course. The back half is a wooded course with a couple poke and hope holes. The first half of the layout is super confusing—the udisc one is completely wrong, and it doesn’t help there are no directional arrows and crappy tee signs. However the back 9 is easy to followBaskets are meh and tee pads are good enough. If you can only play one course here play Sioux but if you have time for both do it because it’s still fun
@brokensaint666
Frozen mud right now
@lordkrusher
Fairly wooded, low traffic
