About the course

Brighton Ski Resort's Majestic 18 course was installed with the intention of becoming the world's best mountain course. The course starts at the top of the Majestic chairlift and plays across the mid mountain bowl between Snake Creek and Crest lifts before finishing under the Majestic chairlift with beautiful views of Big Cottonwood Canyon. The course currently features red (beginner/intermediate) and white (advanced) tee pads to accommodate all skill levels. We have intentions of installing our blue (pro) level tee pads within the next 2 years (ETA 2026). The course has some big open shots, tight wooded corridors, and quite a few technical par 4s that will test all aspects of your game. The chairlift currently runs from Friday - Sunday, 10:00am to 5:00pm and costs $15 per ride. Please make sure to bring brightly colored discs, water, snacks, bug spray, and some friends to help spot. You can also hike into the course using the Lake Mary trail, this hike takes about 30 minutes. The Rose lodge has food and beverages available while the chairlift is running. Restrooms and water can be found inside the Brighton Center and The Rose lodges. There is also a porta-potty at the top of the chairlift. Souvenirs, including Brighton discs, can be found at yellow Logo Shop and at the convenient store located near the round-a-bout. Lost discs should be returned to the drop box located at the bottom of the Majestic lift in the black mailbox. Texts will be sent out to all owners weekly. Lost discs will be held at our customer service desk (located on the 3rd floor of the Brighton Center) until the end of the season and then donated.

Hands down the best course in Utah. Very thought out course with so many shot shapes. It truly tests every shot in the bag with the best views. The hike in is a great warm up for the course. Do yourself a solid and say you’ve played here.

One of the better mountain courses for sure. More uphill shots would be nice
