@rodnerje
Lots of throws for LHBH and RHFH. Very buggy during summer and on a lot of holes no site-line.
@zarlandianbaby
If you're just learning this course ain't for you unless you love the bush. Get ready to find your disc's in bad spots.
@blackanvil44
The baskets are very hard to see in the woods. Prickers are very dense and hanging over walking paths. The hole designs dont give you any options to get a shot shape to work. Narrow fairways. U disc didnt say it was a pay to play course and you are supposed to have a day pass to get in the gates, they open the park at 8am, and that wasnt listed in the description.
@zachnaif
Very thick edges tough shots on the back 9 and no concrete tee offs after hole 10 or 11 very hilly And tall grass on the fairways
@fedwingd
Many bugs
@ghyphenreg
Fun course. Played before things grew in.. could see the rough being rough once it does. Tee pads could be better and some missing. Nice variety, views and layout though.
@crazygiant90
Heavily wooded. If you miss the fairways get ready to wade through lots of thorn bushes
@pdbingham
Terrain is rough. Course could use some love. No tee pads on the back 9. Overall good experience.
@jpickard
Great course and beautiful park. Bathrooms and running water as of 5/4. Beautiful scenery and well thought out holes. Grass was a little tall but not unplayable.
@nickyyy
If they updated this course it would be 5 star. good shot shapes lots of variety but really needs new tees and some maintenance.
@jmdoran
I like the course, but the obvious neglect to the course, especially in a state park, is inexcusable.
@bzr2f6
This course has a lot of potential. The course design is really good and it is really beautiful. The problem is that you better hit the fairway with your shots. The thorns lining the fairways are brutal. I couldn't imagine looking for a disc in the summer.
@littlejen
The front 9 is pretty well kept and has concrete tee pads. A good mix of left to right and right to left shots throughout the 18. The back nine is a maze of crazy uphill and downhill shots and it’s a workout just hiking through it but it was still fun! Overall, a really beautiful and well designed course but definitely could use some work to make it easier on beginners. Lots of thorns and thickets. Bring bug spray for mosquitoes and ticks. And water.
@hoagie155
Needs some up keep but other than that it’s a pretty good course
@pcomeaux
Grass was pretty long and a thorn bush got me pretty good but awesome course can’t wait to play again. Also if anyone comes across a white sorcerer on hole 9 that may have been me.
@martbus
Thorns, Thorns and more Thorns. Literally every hole is surrounded by these monster thorn bushes and it isn't growing season yet. Tough course anyway, but wow it's is literally painful to play. Either dirt pads or super grippy and textured pads that seem to hold you in place. Could be a great course with some Brush Hog work and better Tees.
@spears711
Brush hog and many volunteers have cleared up a lot of areas previously occupied by thorns. More work is still needed but it is a lot less thorny than before. Awesome course in fall and spring.
@tbattle67
The course is challenging and will kick your butt. We play there a lot… most times we’re the only ones there.
@miller90
Needs better tees. Always nervous about turning an ankle on tee shots
